In recent years,the economy of Shouguang City has developed rapidly,and the contradiction between the limited resources of urban transportation infrastructure and the rapid growth of traffic demand has become increasingly prominent.This is reflected in the increasingly serious traffic congestion and the continuous increase in the number of traffic accidents.With the continuous increase in the number of motor vehicles and the number of motor vehicle drivers,the road traffic safety situation is very severe and public security traffic management is facing huge challenges.The advent of the era of big data has brought unprecedented changes to the collection,management and application of traffic data.Many previous traffic management ideas have become reality with the help of big data.Therefore,in the context of the era of big data,it is of great significance to study the designning of shouguang smart traffic system.Based on theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper uses a combination of literature research methods,theoretical research methods,interview methods and other research methods to summarize and analyze the actual applications of domestic and foreign big data technologies in traffic safety projects.First of all,in-depth investigation of the social status of Shouguang City,road network conditions and traffic characteristics,urban road network conditions and traffic characteristics,urban traffic flow distribution and urban transportation conditions,and determined road traffic accident analysis indicators.Secondly,the current situation of road traffic safety in Shouguang City is analyzed using the prediction mechanism and evaluation mechanism,and the law of urban and rural distribution of traffic accidents in Shouguang City,the law of road traffic accidents in major cities,and the pattern of traffic accidents are found.Finally,through the above analysis,according to the socio-economic development trend of Shouguang City,using the prediction mechanism of big data technology,the population development,vehicle ownership,road network development and traffic safety development trend of Shouguang City are predicted.On this basis,taking traffic big data processing as the core,integrating Shouguang’s traffic data resources,and using big data processing technology,proposes a Shouguang big data smart traffic management program based on real-time traffic flow control and data-driven methods.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,it is necessary to strengthen organizational guarantees,strengthen the guarantee of special funds for intelligent transportation,and introduce and cultivate a group of compound talents who are proficient in government business and can use big data to carry out their work.Through the research of this article,it can improve the traffic efficiency of the road network in Shouguang City,prevent and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,and it can also be used as a reference for other cities.
