With the aging of our country’s population and the increasing number of disabled and vulnerable groups,the need for nursing care for the elderly who have lost the ability to take care of themselves is increasing.The problem of elderly care needs to be solved,and the two problems are particularly prominent.However,the current dilemma problem is basically solved by means of diapers,toilet traps,etc.This method is not only harmful to the health of the elderly,but also involves the elderly’s personal dignity and other issues,and it is not convenient for nurses to take further care.However,to a certain extent,for disabled and semi-disabled people,the existing solutions to the dilemma problem are not conducive to solving the dilemma problem for the elderly.Based on this situation,this article designs a set of intelligent assisted nursing diuretic system solutions to help the elderly solve the problem in order to solve the problem of the semi-disabled elderly.This solution has certain engineering practical significance.First of all,by investigating the disabled elderly people to understand their physical characteristics and psychological needs,according to the actual situation of the elderly,the two-fee system is divided into two-fee processing device,transfer device and autonomous navigation chassis,according to work needs and institutional characteristics,In this paper,the design of the mechanical structure and control system included in the intelligent two-way system.First,according to the ergonomic needs and measurement concepts,as well as the national medical device industry specifications,the ergonomics theory is applied to confirm the structural dimensions of the entire organization.And on this basis,through theoretical analysis and calculations,technical indicators including motor type and drive type are determined.Secondly,in the Solidworks environment,three-dimensional modeling of the two-handed handling device,transfer device and autonomous navigation chassis module was carried out.On this basis,the mechanical structure design of each module was carried out,and the finite element analysis of the key components was carried out.The strength check is completed.After that,the kinematics model of the omnidirectional mobile platform was established,and the model was revised taking into account the radial slip deviation.Finally,the control system is designed according to the basic functions of the intelligent dual system equipment.The hardware part introduces the hardware materials that need to be used in the control,and the electrical diagram is drawn.The software part designs the two systems based on the Arduino IDE platform.The control program of the processing device and the design of the autonomous navigation chassis control program based on STM32 control are processed,and the flow chart and wiring diagram of each module control system are drawn.Afterwards,the fecal collection heat sealing test of the two-fee treatment device was completed,indicating that the requirements for use were met.
