| The aging of the social population is becoming more and more serious,and the number of disabled persons is increasing year by year.How to provide living care to the elderly,especially those who are bedridden all the year round,has become a major problem that the society urgently needs to solve.Nursing beds are widely used in the medical and elderly care service industry because they have the function of assisting the life of the bedridden.In order to solve the problem of the lack of cleansing after urination and the lack of shower function on the bed,the ineffective prevention of pressure sores in bedridden people all year round,and the low level of intelligence and improve the quality of life of the nursing staff.This paper designs a nursing bed with functions such as back-up,side-turning,bent legs,buttocks cleaning after defecation,warm air drying and bed shower functions,and has a high degree of automation and intelligence.The mechanical structure module of the nursing bed is designed in three dimensions.Through the theoretical calculation and simulation of kinematics and dynamics of the lifting mechanism,the rationality of the structure design of the lifting mechanism is verified.The finite element simulation method was used to analyze the stress and strain of the bed frame and the back-up mechanism,and the rationality of the mechanism structure and material selection was verified.The process and structure design of the air system and water system are carried out.The air circuit system can realize the uniform force on the body of the bedridden person in the state of lying down.Design the air circuit system for the air cushion to realize the precise inflation and deflation of each part of the air cushion by the air pump,and realize the air cushion to assist the bedridden personnel to complete the movements of rollover,bent legs and warm air drying.The waterway system can realize the functions of collecting urine and feces on the bed,washing the buttocks,and showering on the bed.Design the flushing nozzle by parametric design.The simulation analysis of the flow field under the parameters of different jet inlet velocity v1,nozzle inlet radius r1,nozzle contraction section length l2,and nozzle outlet radius r2 are carried out.At the same time,the washing area was tested and verified based on Image J,and verify the accuracy of the simulation results.The significance of the influence of the maximum velocity of the flow field and the flushing width under different parameters is analyzed by the method of orthogonal experiment and grey relational analysis.The final optimal flow field parameter combination method is v1=0.3m/s、r1=4mm、l2=5mm、r2=2mm.Use embedded development method to design the control system.STM32 single-chip microcomputer is used as the controller of the control system,and the overall control scheme of the control system is designed,and designed the interactive interface of the system. |
