The Research On Landscape Renewal Design Strategy Of The Old Residential Block Of National Cotton Factory In Xi ’an Textile City

In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the country was faced with the problem of coordinating space resources and solving the problem of social production and development.Xi ’an Textile City came into being during the "1st Five-Year Plan" period,and the establishment of cotton mills in various countries played a positive role in the special historical period.However,due to the constraints of development process and social and economic conditions,the problems of large regional development differences and imbalance between old and new in Xi ’an Textile City have become increasingly prominent.The old city of Xi ’an Textile City,with the old residential blocks of various national cotton mills as the main spatial unit,is in urgent need of landscape renewal.Under the background of urban renewal 4.0,this paper first proposes that the old residential block of National Cotton Factory is difficult to be updated due to the limitation of historical pattern,and faces the problems of aging public facilities and regional functions that cannot meet the development needs.By studying the current situation at home and abroad,defining the research category,clarifying the analysis method,clarifying the key arguments for exploring the strategy and design method of landscape renewal of residential blocks with the characteristics of The Times and sorting out the research framework.Secondly,by combing relevant theories and summarizing relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper builds a theoretical research platform for the research of this paper.The concept and connotation of residential block space are deeply understood,the theory and method of residential block space renewal are summarized,and the key issue of landscape renewal is to improve the living environment of residential block and maintain the sense of belonging of residents.Moreover through the history of Guo Mian Chang old residential district development space evolution analysis,summarize Guo Mian Chang old residential district history space characteristics,based on the research of nine Guo Mian Chang contour,the density of function of the scale of the old residential district,topology configuration,building density,boundary element,the number of entrances and exits,road accessibility and node space present situation of research,Focusing on the analysis of the current advantages and the specific current situation of landscape renewal problems.Then,based on the five elements of Kevin Lynch’s urban intention,the landscape design strategies of district renewal,boundary renewal,path renewal,node renewal and sign renewal are proposed in accordance with the actual characteristics of the old residential area of Xi ’an Textile City.Finally,the design strategy of the renewal of the old residential blocks in The Fourth Cotton community is applied to the specific practice of the residential blocks in The Fourth Cotton community,and it is concluded that the landscape renewal of the old residential blocks in The Fourth Cotton factory should connect important open Spaces and places to form a multi-level spatial ecological network of the residential blocks.Combined with the lifestyle of aboriginal people,this paper proposes a multidimensional landscape renewal mode,including aboriginal oriented multi-governance,fine management and control,and multi-green enhancement,in order to build a new residential mode of harmony and integration in the future.
