Under the background of an aging society,the development of community pensions has become the main mode of old-age care in Chinese cities.However,the community of units showed the characteristics of age-appropriateness in terms of spatial distribution,social networks and community identity.A large number of retirees reside in this area due to their remoteness.As a result,the problem of population aging is more typical than that of other emerging communities,and the important position of the community pension construction.However,the restructuring of the unit community under the transition from planned economy to market economy,the original closed structure of the community has been broken,the separation of community service systems,social network differentiation and the lack of collective memory have emerged,resulting in imbalances in public services and the needs of the elderly,the elderly Social circle decomposition and weakened community ownership affect other people’s physical and mental health,highlighting the urgency of community-based landscape renewal research.Based on the data of field investigation and historical data,combined with the form of social survey and semi-open interviews,this paper analyzes the functional layout,population structure and social interaction of heavy cotton factory community Research on characteristics,community cultural memory and other aspects.Conduct in-depth interviews and questionnaires on the elderly in all age groups in the community to understand their daily behavioral needs,social networks and cultural memory.And put forward the strategy of renewal of community elder landscapes of "community building of the old service system","remodeling the social network of the old age" and "community culture of the old age",in order to respond to the social transformation background and the elderly in the aging society Livable environment construction.The first part,analyze the status quo of domestic and foreign researches on theory and practice,and propose a planning and design strategy for landscape-appropriate intervention in old-age residential space,which is an important approach to deal with social aging and sustainable urban development.And sort out the research framework and technical route of this thesis.In the second part,the analysis of the characteristics of the evolution of the unit community under the social transformation and its dynamic mechanism,including the evolution of the physical space,social network,and cultural memory of the unit community.Through analysis and research to understand more deeply the predicament of existing community construction brought about by the changes in the unit community,there is also a clearer understanding of the necessity and urgency of updating the old-age view of the community.In the third part,taking the heavy cotton plant community as the research object,based on the analysis and understanding of the spatial evolution characteristics and mechanism of the unit community under the background of social transformation.From the community service facilities system of heavy cotton plant,the social network of the elderly and the community cultural memory,the author investigates and analyzes the ageold landscape of the external space of the community.And then,the existing problems of the old-age landscape with the separation of service facilities,social networks and collective memory missing are summarized.The fourth part,based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing problems of the fittestness in the three community cases in terms of the material system separation,the social network differentiation and the collective memory loss,this paper puts forward the targeted community landscape renewal strategy.
