| Residential public service facilities are closely connected with residents’ daily life.They are an important part of livable city construction and the basic guarantee of urban production and life.The fairness and justice of their distribution process and results affect the healthy and sound operation of the society.Most of the early studies examined the efficiency and fairness of the allocation of public service facilities from the perspective of land balance,which was far from the actual needs of residents.At present,although the country and many places have put forward the public service facilities planning scheme based on the living circle,they have not really found the urban living circle or replaced the living circle with blocks in a disguised way.Therefore,from the perspective of isochronous circle within walking distance.In this context,this paper starts from the perspective of life circle and takes the time-distance measurement method as the entry point to integrate residents’ daily travel into the research on the configuration of public service facilities and explore the optimization of the configuration of public service facilities in residential communities.The research content of this paper mainly includes three aspects:The center of xi ’an city community isochronous circle drawn up to 15 minutes’ walk,with residential center as a starting point,based on the time of the distance measure,called Scott maps API and Arc GIS platform,such as residents access to up to 15 minutes’ walk in circles,finally get the central city 3748 15 minutes when ring surface layer,and found that due to the community and the surrounding high precision geographical environment on the residents’ ability to walk,such as 15 minutes walking can reach the circle is an irregular but internal connected polygon,and there is more than one hour circle space such as range of composite,It has reference significance for the optimization of supporting facilities in the later stage.Refer to the "urban residential area planning and design standards(2018 edition)for15 minutes in the living place facilities configuration standards,with POI data represent the public service facilities,building 15 minutes of public service facilities such as the community standard evaluation system,evaluation according to city center,3748 community facilities relating to average mark of 6.1,and the standard differences between district,chang ’an district facilities to mark the lowest levels.The configuration of life service facilities in the facilities is obviously insufficient,even serious shortage,and the overall level of public service facilities needs to be improved urgently.the evaluation result is to find the problem as the guide,with the aid of K means clustering algorithm,analysis of various location optimization need to add the number of facilities,from the point of optimization results,life service facilities in new points,most existing business facilities basic residents can be up to 15 minutes walking space can be covered within the scope of new facilities and point density and residents overlap rate can be up to 15 minutes’ walk,etc when circle,Shared strong coincided basically with the region,to the community the life circle of provides an important reference value,but because of research scope is bigger,further optimization of the facilities still need from the facilities planning and construction control level,To make the optimized indicators more instructive. |
