In recent years,with the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and traffic engineering,the composition of road traffic flows has changed,which makes the following model based on the traditional traffic environment unable to accurately describe the following behavior of vehicles in the intelligent network environment.The emergence of vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V)communication technology provides an effective means for the study of the theory of traffic following in the connected environment.In this paper,microscopic traffic flow following characteristics in V2V environment are taken as the research object,and a microscopic traffic flow following model under normal V2V communication is constructed by referring to the following model based on traditional traffic parameters.At the same time,considering the influence of communication anomalies on the following behavior between vehicles,a following model under V2V abnormal communication was proposed to explore the evolution law of traffic flow in different communication environments,and the established model was analyzed and verified through numerical simulation and verification platform.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,on the basis of the relevant literature review at home and abroad,a comprehensive review of the research topics.Through response to stimuli,safe distance and optimal speed and its extension,physiological,psychological,and based on the five classes of intelligent driving environment with chi model research,focusing on the analysis of the model establishing process,formula derivation,stability conditions and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of model,for the establishment of the new model provides the guiding ideology and theory.Secondly,the micro traffic flow following model is constructed when V2V communication is normal and abnormal.In normal V2V communication,the following model suitable for normal V2V communication is established after considering the main factors,such as the weighted value of multiple leading vehicles’ space headway,the speed and space headway of adjacent vehicles,the forward and backward optimization speed,the speed difference of multiple leading vehicles and the sensitivity coefficient of sensors.At the same time,due to the complex communication environment between vehicles,in order to more comprehensively describe the vehicle following behavior in V2V environment,it is necessary to consider the influence of communication anomalies on the traffic flow.Therefore,based on the normal communication model of V2V,the forward and backward abnormal communication probability functions are introduced to build the micro traffic flow following model of V2V abnormal communication.Finally,in order to verify whether the model can accurately describe the vehicle following characteristics in V2V environment,the stability analysis and numerical simulation of the model were carried out by mathematical methods.At the same time,considering that most of the traditional driving models are based on computer simulation,which cannot reflect the influence of physical factors in the real traffic environment on the running effect of vehicles,a V2V hardware-in-the-loop simulation and verification platform is built.With the help of the platform,the simulation and verification of following scenes in normal and abnormal communication between vehicles in V2V environment were carried out.The central platform system was developed to record and save the data information in the verification process,providing a data basis for the following behavior analysis in the V2V environment.The simulation analysis and verification show that the model has high stability and can comprehensively and accurately describe the following characteristics of vehicles in V2V environment.
