Study On The Translation Of Wooden Form Based On Traditional Construction Logic

The reflection and architectural practice of local regional culture are increasing day by day,and the inheritance and translation of traditional architectural forms are paid attention to,which will prompt the reexamination of the relationship between classical architecture and modern architecture.The contemporary interpretation of wood form is inclined to the representation of the superficial characteristics and thus falls into the limitation of decoration and symbolization.In this context,this paper attempts to analyze the contemporary translation of traditional wooden forms from the perspective of constructional logic,the original cause of structural form differences,in order to grasp the process of form transformation more essential and clear.In this paper,the three basic translation steps of "prototype extraction","transformation operation" and "expression of traditional reproduction" are proposed as the basis for the following research.Secondly,the paper clarifies the development context of traditional wooden structure,and summarizes its common construction logic--"overlapping" and "connecting" thinking.Then,according to the steps of translation,cases are collected to summarize the process of translation.The prototype "well dry" and "cantilever" in the form of laminated wood structure reproduce the traditional construction characteristics of end node braided feeling and interface "gap" muscle rationality through different operation methods.The "interframe" unit and "frame" system in the form of continuous wooden frame reproduce the repetitive rhythmic sense of units and the directional nature of unidirectional arrangement through different operation methods.Finally,from the perspective of construction,the author summarizes the approaches of material,structure and translation at the structural level.Article helps to further interpret the forefront of traditional art experience and industrialization of emerging technologies combined with digital way,thus promoting architectural structure generated operating method of the transition,provide enlightenment for our country to explore the regional creative path.
