Suspension structure is a common kind of cable structure,which generally has a large span and large displacement in the process of construction.If the construction is improper,it is easy to cause problems in the process of construction and use.The D exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center is a new type of composite suspension structure composed of unidirectional self-anchored cable structure and single curved double-layer suspension structure.at present,the research on the suspension structure is focused on the single suspension structure or the composite structure composed of other structures,and the related research on this kind of new suspension structure composed of two kinds of suspension structures and steel components is basically blank.In this paper,the mechanical properties and error control of the structure are studied by means of numerical simulation and field monitoring.In view of the complex interaction of the cable forces of the bidirectional composite suspension cable structure and the difference in the impact of the construction process on the structure,this paper uses numerical simulation and iterative calculation to analyze the four cables in Hall D.Analyze the overall structural displacement,cable force distribution and internal force changes of the main truss members during the construction process,and analyze the influence of different cable installation methods and different secondary cable tension sequences on the out-of-plane displacement of the structure during the construction process or the impact of internal force changes during the construction process.Propose the optimal tensioning sequence and verify that the symmetrical tensioning method of the cable-truss is better than the sequential tensioning method.In order to solve the problem of the change of displacement and cable force in the construction process of the structure,through the combination of construction tensioning process simulation and monitoring,this paper compares and analyzes the displacement monitoring data and stress monitoring data with the numerical simulation results.the variation trend of displacement value is consistent with that of simulated value,and the error of stress and cable force value is reasonable.The static and dynamic mechanical properties of the structure are studied,the effects of four kinds of cable diameter changes on structural displacement and cable force are studied,and the reasonable ranges of four kinds of cable diameters are obtained.the effects of temperature changes on the construction process and on the displacement and stress of the structure during tensioning are studied,and the static mechanical properties of the structure under different load combinations and dynamic mechanical properties in different directions are analyzed.It is found that the construction is the most favorable when the temperature is 10 to 20 degrees and the temperature difference is small.Under the combined load,the maximum displacement is in the X direction and the minimum is in the Z direction.Under the dynamic load,the structural displacements in Y and Z directions should be comprehensively considered,and the distribution law of the maximum displacement and internal force of the structure in different directions should be analyzed.In view of the problem that the numerical simulation is too idealized to consider the actual errors,the influence factors of several possible errors of the structure are analyzed.the effects of four kinds of cable force changes,unilateral A-shaped columns in different directions,different sizes of position deviations and cable length errors on structural displacement and cable force are obtained,so as to reasonably control the influence of these errors on the structure.Finally,the paper summarizes the main research contents and results of this paper,and puts forward the research prospect.
