Research On Design And Evaluation Of Information System On Building Materials Inspection And Testing In AS Laboratory

With the development of information technology in China,the third-party inspection and testing industry has been paid more and more attention by the national and local governments.Inspection and testing organizations produce a large number of test data every day,but the traditional management mode has some factors,such as low efficiency,weak information,many human errors,cost out of control,which restrict its development.In the daily work of inspection and testing institutions,quickly adapt to the development model of the times,optimize the work flow,improve management efficiency,thereby improving inspection and testing capabilities,saving costs and avoiding industry risks,this is now the third-party inspection and testing organizations need to solve the primary problem.In this paper,AS laboratory the object of study,in view of the above-mentioned problems,and proposed solutions.Firstly,this paper introduces the Research Summary of Information System Development at home and abroad and the research status of Lims at home and abroad.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo and working process of AS laboratory,the existing problems are found.As a omni-directional testing organization,AS laboratory has many problems such AS limitation of management mode,waste of resources,slow data dissemination and low management efficiency.Through the analysis of AS laboratory development strategy,it is concluded that the introduction of Lims can solve the above problems.Thirdly,the paper draws the necessity of LIMS construction through questionnaire,sets new construction target,and analyzes the work flow,designs the new work flow and implements it.At last,the effect of LIMS is analyzed.Through the establishment of the input-output index,the forecast analysis based on the multiple linear regression model and the questionnaire,it is proved that LIMS can optimize the work flow and reduce the cost,improve work efficiency and management quality.Through this research,the application of LIMS designed in this paper can improve the management efficiency of AS laboratory,achieve the goal of optimizing work flow,controlling cost and improving quality,it lays a solid foundation for the application of LIMS in the third-party inspection and testing organization.
