Abstract/Summary:
In order to conform to the development trend of energy revolution and digital revolution and build a world-class energy Internet enterprise,the STATE GRID Corporation of China creatively proposed the strategic goal of building "ubiquitous power Internet of Things".In the process of promoting power grid construction,intelligent and advanced equipment and new technology are fully utilized to connect power users,enterprises,equipment and devices,so as to build a more intelligent and intelligent life grid ecological system.As an important communication and terminal sensing device,intelligent electricity meter is a bridge connecting power grid and power users in the power Internet of Things system.Single-phase intelligent watt-hour meters have a wide application area and a large number of applications,which is animportant foundation for completing the comprehensive innovation of power grid and building high-quality energy Internet.The traditional single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter is used to measure the electric energy,and it can automatically collect the electric energy information by connecting to the electricity information acquisition system.Due to the single chip processor and integrated structure design,the communication mode is single and does not support software upgrade and function expansion,which cannot meet the requirements of comprehensive perception,interactive access of devices and information interconnection of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things ring,and also cannot meet the new international standards.Based on the construction requirements of ubiquitous power Internet of Things,this paper designs and implements a new generation of single-phase intelligent electricity meters.The main contents of the work are as follows:(1)Analyze the research and application status of smart electricity meters at home and abroad,analyze the deficiencies of traditional smart electricity meters from the design scheme and functions,and analyze the new functional requirements of ubiquitous power non-networking construction for smart electricity meters.According to the new international standard,the overall design scheme of "multi-core modular" is given,and the functional configuration and main technical indexes of single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter with multi-core modular are clarified.(2)Hardware design of multi-core modular single-phase intelligentwatt-hour meter.According to the overall design framework of "multi-core modular assembly",the hardware design of modules such as metering core,management core and module interface is carried out,the circuit board is designed and the hardware prototype is made.(3)Software design of multi-core modular single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter.According to the modular design concept,C language is used to design the main program of metering core,power metering function module,power storage module,data freezing module,data security authentication,Bluetooth communication and other software.(4)Based on the prototype and CPU software,the prototype system was integrated,the complete machine environment was built,and according to the test procedures,the measurement accuracy of electric energy,electrical insulation performance,EMC compatibility performance,main functions and other tests and verification were conducted.
