| With the continuous adjustment and reform of China’s economic structure,the construction industry is also improving and developing,and the EPC project general contracting mode has been vigorously promoted in China due to its unique advantages.It is notable that the cost control methodology of many construction enterprises in China are not clear enough,and an effective and efficient cost control system has yet to be formed,leading to many cost management problems and disputes in the process of project implementation.As a core element of EPC project management,sound cost management is a necessity to improve efficiency and promote development.Therefore,it is key to the development of the EPC mode to identifying the focus of cost control and choosing an effective cost management method that fits the actual needs of the project.This thesis carries out related research focusing on this issue.(1)This article relies on the EPC project general contracting project carried out by a company as the research object.Analysis in the context of EPC project.The influencing factors of the EPC project cost are identified through literature research and case analysis,and expert consultation is used to screen and optimize the system of influencing factors of project cost.Based on the cost influencing factor system,the thesis takes obtaining the impact degree of the key factors of EPC engineering general contracting project cost management as the goal,uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and compare the weight of each influencing factor,modifies and compares with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally get the cost evaluation model and results of influencing factors.(2)The thesis combines project examples and cost influencing factor analysis,comprehensively considers project cost characteristics and the degree of impact of key cost management factors,and then proposes cost control measures for and suggestions on the entire process of EPC project implementation from three aspects: project management,design and construction.Based on the above background and methodology,and combined with case study,the thesis aims to provide new research methods and management ideas for the cost management of EPC engineering general contract project,in order to further standardize the cost management process of engineering general contract project,and provide realistic reference for improving the cost control efficiency. |
