Research On Knowledge-productive Office Space Take Architectural Design Office Space As An Example

At present,under the background of information technology revolution and industrial upgrading,the contribution of knowledge productive industries to GDP is increasing year by year.Therefore,the working environment for knowledge production poses new challenges to office building design.In response to the independent working mode and the demand for space privacy,the special structure gradually developed into a new form that independent working units are connected by corridors.With technology innovation and the lack of land resources,open offices and centralized offices have put forward new requirements for office space,and developed high-rise and super-high-rise buildings around the core tube.In the meantime,workers are expecting office space that are more close to nature and more mixed use of various working modes.Therefore,office buildings have developed a space structure with the combination of multi-scale working units and courtyard.At this point,the contemporary rapid information exchange and knowledge production have become a new direction of office building development.Through the systematic review of the development of office buildings,this paper finds that the relationship between contemporary office buildings and urban space is rigid,as well as the organization of functional space and the layout of work space.Therefore,the paper studies the theory of management and knowledge production,and analyses the workflow of knowledge productive office and human behavior.Through understanding the working characteristics and knowledge production process,this paper summarizes some specific requirements on office space.Based on the knowledge production process and team performance,this paper then explores the space prototype and organizational structure of office space suitable for knowledge production.Then focusing on the architectural design of office buildings,some space organizational strategies are raised from three aspects,including system activation,space activation,and communication activation.Finally,through the specific scheme design,this paper analyzes and discusses the system architecture from the perspective of city,the function-volume organization method based on the human behavior,and the spatial organization starting from human events.This paper provides fundamental research for later design process,looks forward to design strategies on the contemporary new office space,and makes some reference for the contemporary knowledge productive office space.
