Cab comfort has always been an important index for drivers and passengers to subjectively evaluate the overall driving comfort of the vehicle,especially for heavy-duty trucks with relatively bad working environment.At present,the research level of NVH in China lags behind that of foreign countries,especially in the field of commercial vehicles.The consideration of NVH performance integration in the research and development process is not fully enough,and the positive development process and index decomposition system of NVH are not complete as well.As a result,many NVH problems cannot be found and solved in the design stage,thus flowing to the after-sales market.Based on the assembly of instrument panel for heavy-duty truck cab in an enterprise,and according to the vibration problem on actual cab instrument panel,this paper conducted an integrated research on cab instrument panel,instrument panel beam and the vehicle condition,and adapted the combination method of the actual road test and simulation to analyze the source of vibration,the transmission path of vibration,and the vibration modal analysis of instrument panel,and search optimization problem,so as to provide a reference for the design and optimization of the assembly of cab instrument panel as well as the integrated design of the NVH performance in the instrument panel and other parts during the process of vehicle development.The main work of this paper is divided into the following steps:1)The actual road test method is adopted to lay the test road with the damaged same road surface.By measuring the time-domain and frequeny-domain vibration signals on the suspension and instrument panel while the vehicle passes through the test road at different speeds and uniform speeds,the excitation source of vibration and the cause of vibration are determined.2)The transfer path analysis method is used to analyze the contribution of transfer path and other paths when vibration varies from excitation source to instrument panel,so as to determine the optimization is to start from the transfer path or any other paths.3)Through formulating different optimization schemes,finite element analysis method is used to analyze the vibration modal of the cab instrument panel before and after optimization,compare the optimization effects,and determine the final optimization scheme,so as to solve the vibration problem of the vehicle instrument panel and provide a reference for future positive design.
