The goods carried by road bulky transport are often the critical equipment of the national key construction projects(such as bridges,railways,nuclear power plants,etc.).In addition,the production cycle is long and the price is expensive,so the safety and reliability of static loading and dynamic transport must be guaranteed.For realizing the transparent visualization of static loading and dynamic transportation of cargo gravity center,according to the Regulations on Over-limit Transport Vehicles Driving on Highway(Order 62,2016),and to meet the traffic requirements of bulky cargo,an Android-based visualization monitoring method of hydraulic plate loading and transportation of bulky cargo gravity center on highway was proposed.Firstly,the parameters related to cargo loading and transportation are received,processed and displayed.Secondly,the algorithms of barycenter under different circumstances are compared and analyzed.Finally,determine the optimal loading location and safety region of cargo,so as to realize visual monitoring of cargo barycenter security and provide safety guidance for cargo loading and transportation to a certain extent.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To solve the visualization problem of the cargo center of gravity,a force analysis model of the vehicle and cargo system was established by taking a large hydraulic plate as the research object.By analyzing the force of gravity center of the combination of the transport vehicle and the cargo,the bearing force of the suspension,the total gravity of the vehicle and the cargo,and using the principle of moment balance,the relationship between the oil pressure and the bearing force and the calculation method of the gravity center,the position of the gravity center of the cargo relative to the vehicle plate and the allowable loading safe range are determined.(2)For goods loading and transportation monitoring,analysis and determine the loading and transportation safety monitoring parameters.Moreover,compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional cable and new wireless monitoring system,selecting the monitoring method based on wireless communication technology,to solve the cable line trivial,vulnerable to oil corrosion,aging problem.At the same time,the method of solving the center of gravity under different detection methods and different coding methods is compared and analyzed,and its feasibility is verified.(3)In order to realize the monitoring of parameters affecting the safety of the flatbed truck and visualization of the cargo center of gravity,an Android-based safety monitoring software for the cargo center of gravity of the road heavy hydraulic plate loading and transportation is developed.The hardware detection module collects the hydraulic data signal of each loop,combines the wireless sensing technology and wireless communication technology,transmits it to the supreme computer through Zig Bee and Wi-Fi module for processing and display,so that the visual safety monitoring of the cargo center of gravity can be realized.It solves the problem that the user can only determine the alignment between the center of gravity of goods and the geometric center of plate according to the data of hydraulic pressure gauge.(4)Data analysis and experimental verification.Received and processed the hydraulic data,which are collected and transmitted by the lower computer.Analyzed the real-time performance and reliability of hydraulic data transmission under static loading and dynamic transportation of goods.Not only that,built an experimental platform to test the validity of data communication and software functions.The validity of data communication is verified by many tests and data comparison analysis.The measured data of the hydraulic pressure gauge and the visual end of the monitoring software show that the relative error is less than 5%.Meanwhile,the relative position error between the center of gravity of the goods and the geometric center of the large hydraulic plate is less than 0.46%-6.97%.At the same time,the 10 MB hydraulic data is transmitted via Wi Fi,which are received,processed and displayed by the handheld terminal.The time-consuming is about 20 ms.
