| The deviation of goods’ gravity center has a great influence on the operation safety of luggage car.In order to ensure the safety of passengers,it is necessary to make clear the restrictions on the transport conditions of the luggage car.The load and transport of goods by railway are required to meet the relevant transport conditions and technical regulations,but at present,it is lacking of relevant regulations and documents applicable to the loading technical conditions of luggage cars.Due to the characteristics of luggage compartment,bogie suspension and technical performance,the allowable maximum deviation of cargo regulated in "Railway Freight Loading and Reinforcement Rules" cannot be directly used.It is necessary to have sufficient theoretical research basis and experimental data support of computer simulation before the field test is carried out and the Loading Technical Rules is formulated.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of goods’ gravity center deviation on the operation safety of railway luggage car.Based on derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate,the influence mechanism of loading,track and environmental conditions,car structure,speed on the operation safety of luggage car were anaysed.The luggage car adopts air spring and secondary suspension,and the bogie has strong flexibility.On the one hand,the luggage car adopts air spring and secondary suspension,which makes the bogie quite flexible.On the other hand,the mass of the matrix is very large,and the load of matrix will cause the obvious difference between the left and right suspension springs and the difference between the front and back bogie suspension systems,resulting in the roll angle of the car body and goods.An improved calculation method for the two indexes were proposed,which considered the vertical,lateral and bending stiffness of the bogie.The kinematics model of luggage car including cargo,car body,bogie frame and wheelset was established.The multibody dynamic model and track simulation model of the loop test line were established by SIMPACK software.The simulation was carried out to analyse the running state of the vehicle at the lateral and longitudinal deviation levels.According to the simulation results in all cases,the influence law of cargo gravity center deviation on the operation safety of the luggage car was obtained,and the maximum deviation was proposed,which provides research basis and experimental design reference for the real-time loop test of the luggage car.Combined with the on-site transportation demand,suggestions on the Loading Technical Rules of the luggage car and the loading reinforcement method of the matrix were proposed. |
