Transformer is the core part of substation,and also an important electrical equipment connecting different voltage levels of power energy.Its security and stability are related to the normal operation of regional power system.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of transformer,it is equipped with various necessary protections.In this paper,the main protection of 35 kV transformer,the influence of transformer inrush current and unbalanced current on differential protection are analyzed,and the practical measures to improve reliability are mentioned.In the stage of installation and commissioning of transformer relay protection,based on the phenomenon of faults and the understanding of the principle and design drawings of differential protection,the influence of the difference between35 kV equipment and 10 kV equipment manufacturers on differential protection is analyzed because of the polarity of transformer and the difference between the manufacturers of phase I and II equipment in the stage construction of substation.The acceptance requirements for equipment in the installation stage of similar substations are put forward.Finally,this paper analyses in detail the abnormal phenomena of computer anti-jump and mechanism anti-jump functions of circuit breakers used in engineering,as well as the abnormal phenomena such as the disturbance of normal switching and closing operation control of circuit breakers,and the abnormal disturbance action process,as well as the selection and elimination methods of two anti-jump functions.Two improved designs are proposed in this paper.One is to eliminate the parasitic loops existing in the anti-jump functions of two different principles;the other is to realize the return of the self-retaining circuit of the microcomputer by modifying the HBJ relay.Both of the improved designs have realized the simultaneous operation of micro-computer anti-jump and mechanism anti-jump,and the failure of one anti-jump function does not affect the effective operation of the other.Compared with the traditional reserved selection of one anti-jump function,the reliability has been greatly improved.
