Two-dimensional surface texture annotation is the embodiment of two-dimensional surface texture specifications on drawings.The rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications directly affects the function of the surface and the certification of the surface.Unreasonable two-dimensional surface texture specifications make the product fail to meet functional requirements and cause economic losses,or inconsistent certification schemes cause legal disputes.When manually testing the reasonableness of two-dimensional surface texture annotation,it is difficult to check the reasonableness from both design and certification,and the contradiction between annotation information and design and certification cannot be solved.Moreover,the existing heterogeneous CAD system cannot check the reasonableness at the engineering semantic level.To solve this problem,the ontology technology and theory in the field of artificial intelligence are introduced to study the rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications,and an intelligent inspection method for the rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications based on ontology is proposed.The main work include:Indicates information related to the rationality of the two-dimensional surface texture.Starting from the requirements for semantic representation of two-dimensional surface texture specifications,sort out the information relationships involved in the rationality inspection process,and hierarchically represent the extracted information,standard information,and certification information contained on the surface,and represent the mapping of the relationship between the extracted information and the standard information.The relationship and the adjacency matrix of the mapping relationship between the norm information and the authentication information,and finally the application of the hierarchical representation information in the rationality check is given in the form of a flowchart.A meta-ontology model for checking the rationality of the two-dimensional surface texture specification is established.According to the adjacency matrix containing extracted information,specification information,authentication information on the surface,and the two-dimensional surface texture specification rationality check process,define the assertion formula set ABOx in the two-dimensional surface texture specification rationality check ontology;obtain the domain through the definition of ABox According to the important concepts and relationships,the hierarchical relationship between classes and attributes and the definition of attributes are established respectively.By establishing the hierarchical relationship between classes and attributes and the definition of attributes,a meta-ontology model for checking the rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications,Instantiate the meta body with the actual parts,and get the instantiated ABox.Generate information related to the rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications.The Tableau algorithm of description logic and the Semantic Web Rule Language(SWRL)are used to generate the information related to the rationality of the two-dimensional surface texture specification,and the mapping adjacency matrix of the relationship between the extracted information and the specification information,and the mapping adjacency matrix of the specification information and the authentication information The formalized representation of the ontology obtains the term axiom set TBox.Using Tableau algorithm and SWRL rules,combined with the term axiom set TBox,to reason about the instantiated ABox,generate the rationality inspection process information and the rationality inspection results of the actual parts,and verify the rationality of the ontology-based two-dimensional surface texture specification at the theoretical level The effectiveness of the formalization of information semantics and the generation method of sexual inspection.Develop a prototype system for checking the rationality of two-dimensional surface texture specifications.The Protégé 5.5 ontology editing tool developed by Stanford University was used to construct the two-dimensional surface texture specification rationality inspection ontology.Based on the constructed rationality inspection ontology,the realization process of each functional module of the prototype system was explained,and the effectiveness of the prototype system was verified through examples.
