Urban tourism is developing rapidly with the improvement of people’s living standard.Tourism transportation is an important part of the urban tourism process.It bears the important task of transferring tourists between the origin and destination and various tourist attractions.It affects the direct experience of urban tourism.Therefore,tourism transportation has become an important factor to measure the level of tourism development.However,the average number of tourists received each year in my country has increased year by year,resulting in complicated traffic conditions.The pace of traffic development is difficult to keep up with the tourism industry.In order to make tourism and traffic coordination,mutual promotion and common development,reasonable planning of urban tourism passenger traffic service system is particularly important.This article clarifies the research object and carries on the investigation to the city tourism passenger transportation system.The study analyzes the status quo of tourists,travel agencies and transportation companies.As a result of analyzing the number of tourists,the status of travel agency services,and transportation resources,it is pointed out that the tourism passenger transportation system lacks scientific,standardization,and information problems,and is preparing future plans.Then,analyze and design the urban tourism passenger transportation service system planning scheme based on the above problems.This paper fully analyzes the demand of urban tourist passenger transport from the perspective of passenger demand and system characteristics.The integrated design concept of tourism passenger transport service is put forward comprehensively.Then,by establishing an intelligent scheduling model,the goal of minimizing the number of vehicles and the waiting time is to meet the maximum demand with the minimum resources,which provides a research method for the planning of tourism passenger transportation service system.At the same time,the evaluation index system of intelligent dispatching is established from the perspective of passenger transport capacity,service level and social economy.And the application proves the feasibility of the scheduling method and improves the design and planning scheme.Design and application of tourist passenger transport service system in Guilin City.The composition of the system is clarified from the perspective of passenger traffic and passenger traffic supervision,and some suggestions are put forward for the development of tourist passenger traffic service system in Guilin.The thesis puts forward the planning scheme of urban tourist passenger transportation service system by studying the intelligent dispatching method of urban tourist transportation and combining with the design of intelligent supervision service.This is of great significance to the development of transportation in tourist cities and the improvement of passenger transport services in the context of the era of big data.
