| In 2019,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the Government Work Report that higher vocational education will expand enrollment by 1 million people and continue to expand enrollment for three consecutive years.This decision will not only enable workers to improve their skills and stabilize employment,but also facilitate the realization of China’s human resources power and promote the reform and development of modern vocational education.The enrollment expansion is a great opportunity for the development of higher vocational education,and higher vocational colleges should respond positively to it,cultivate more composite innovative and applied talents,and accelerate the process of China’s education power.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of internal and external relations of education,and the theory of lifelong education,this paper uses questionnaire and interview methods to investigate and study the current situation of talent training in engineering higher vocational colleges,and conduct statistical analysis on the data results and find that engineering There are several problems in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges: the training objectives are not clear,and the practical orientation of talent training is insufficient;the professional setting is not scientific,and the degree of matching with the needs of the enterprise is not high;the curriculum setting is unreasonable,and the improvement of professional ability is not obvious;The teaching content is outdated,and the teaching method is mainly based on teachers;the supply of "dual-qualified" teachers is insufficient and the professional ability of teachers is not strong;the subject of evaluation is single,and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in training is not high.These problems have a direct impact on the training of higher vocational talents.Will have an indirect impact on China’s social economy.This study integrated millions of enrollment expansion of engineering personnel training mode and the influence of the current situation of higher vocational talents training for engineering,draw lessons from foreign typical vocational education personnel training mode,we should follow the principle of service of social and economic development,career oriented principle,classification principle,practical principle and composite innovative principle.In view of the deficiency of the current situation of higher vocational talent training,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training mode of engineering higher vocational talent in China: making clear the training objectives and paying attention to the career-oriented;The forecasting mechanism of talent supply and specialty setting should be established based on market demand.Enhance the flexibility of curriculum setting with vocational competence as the core;Dynamic adjustment of teaching content,focusing on students as the main body;Accelerate the construction of "double-qualified" teachers,improve the teacher training system;Diversified cooperation between industry and university can promote the common development of university and enterprise.It is expected that these countermeasures and suggestions can be of value to the reform of the training mode of engineering vocational talents in the new era. |
