In recent years,the scale of the logistics transport industry has been expanding,and the total domestic logistics transport amount has exceeded 300 trillion by 2020.With the expansion of the scale of logistics enterprises,the number of transportation vehicles managed by enterprises has increased dramatically.Enterprises need to monitor large-scale transportation vehicles by video and monitor the operation data.Based on this market background and the needs of enterprises,the purpose of this study is to design a large-scale logistics vehicle video monitoring and operation data collection system.The main work and innovation of this study are as follows:(1)According to the market demand,design the overall function and framework of the collection system.This collection system meets the requirements of processing a large number of logistics vehicles’ running data and monitoring video simultaneously.It mainly designs and implements three parts: vehicle terminal,data processing server and management system Web.(2)Complete the system hardware building and vehicle system design.A vehicle terminal for collecting and sending vehicle running information and monitoring video data is designed based on RK3328 processor.The terminal can automatically distinguish the state of vehicle acceleration and deceleration to determine the trigger time for video monitoring of vehicles by the collection system and reduce the processing load of the collection system.Car terminals use H.265 video encoding technology to reduce the video bit rate.(3)Design the data processing server framework,implement the functions of the data processing server,and complete the performance test of the server.To meet the performance requirements of large-scale vehicle operation data,a distributed service with communication server,business processing server and video processing server is used.The minimum number of connections algorithm is used to balance the load and ensure the fast,efficient and stable processing of large-scale logistics vehicle information in the collection system.(4)Design management system Web and implement management system functions.Based on user access performance requirements,a management system is designed and implemented using front-end and back-end separation method.The system includes vehicle information management pages,running record pages,video browsing pages,and video data management pages.It realizes the functions of monitoring the operation information of all vehicles,video acquisition,video synthesis and video file management.
