| The emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ship is a kind of evacuation equipment with high evacuation efficiency,which has a broad application prospect and is the general trend of the development of various Marine rescue equipment.In China,the research and development and manufacturing of large luxury cruise ships are in the initial stage,and there is little research on evacuation system of large luxury cruise ships.In China,the research and development of evacuation system for large luxury cruise ships has not been achieved yet,and the relevant theoretical analysis is inthe initial stage.This thesis mainly uses the numerical simulation method to analyze the motion response and study the motion law of the emergency evacuation system of a luxury cruise ship under the load of wind,wave and current at sea.Meanwhile,it also studies the influence of the shape and radius of the boarding platform in the emergency evacuation system and the mass size of the counterweight blockon its motion response.The following are the main researchcontents of this thesis:Firstly,the environmental load of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ship is determined and the working conditions are calculated.The environmental load of each structure of the emergency evacuation system under the action of environmental load is analyzed theoretically,which provides a theoretical basis for the validity verification of the subsequent numerical model.Secondly,the validity of the numerical model of the emergency evacuation system for luxury cruise ships is verified.Validation can be divided into simplified model and single network structure model.The simplified model is based on theoretical research method and finite element calculation to ensure the accuracy of subsequent numerical calculation of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise liner.The maximum displacement of the boarding platform of the emergency evacuation system is obtained by using the motion balance equation under the action of wind,wave and current load.Validation of single-section network structure model is to simplify the network structure model under the condition of ensuring the computational efficiency and accuracy,so as to improve thecomputational efficiency of numerical model.Thirdly,the establishment and motion response of the 3D numerical model of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ship are analyzed.The structure characteristics of each module of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise are analyzed,and the structure of different modules of the emergency evacuation system is equivalent simplified.The three-dimensional model of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise is established by Abaqus software.Determine the boundary conditions of the emergency evacuation system,and use Abaqus/ Aqua software to analyze the numerical models under the action of wind,wave and current separately.According to three groups of working conditions stipulated by international standards,the motion and displacement response characteristics of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ship under the coupling action of wind,wave and current are studied.Finally,the parameters influencing the motion response of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ship are analyzed.The influences of the shape of the boarding platform,the radius size of the boarding platform and the mass of the counterweight block on the displacement response characteristics of the emergency evacuation system of luxury cruise ships are studied,and the optimal shape,the radius size and the mass of the counterweight block of the emergency evacuation system are obtained under specific working conditions.The optimized structural parameters can reduce the maximum displacement of the emergency evacuation system and the swing amplitude of the boarding platform under relatively severe sea conditions,which makes the emergency evacuation system safer and more efficient. |
