The Application Strategy Of Ceramic Fritted Glass In The Building External Interface

With the intensification of urbanization and the development of construction industry in China,great changes have taken place in materials.As a kind of green environmental protection material,glass is widely used in the field of building,and becomes the common material of building external interface.Because of its translucency,rich color,various texture patterns,excellent material performance and wide range of use,ceramic fritted glass can create a fashionable and modern appearance,which is favored by people.It also shows a more diversified and complex development trend in the application of the building external interface.Therefore,the research on the application of ceramic fritted glass external interface is of great practical significance to inspire architects’ creative thinking and promote energy saving and innovative design of ceramic fritted glass external interface.This paper takes ceramic fritted glass as the research object,studies its own material characteristics,and on this basis,puts forward the application strategy of ceramic fritted glass external interface.The specific content is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the first chapter,which states the research background of ceramic fritted glass,and puts forward the research significance of ceramic fritted glass external interface.Through the literature review and case summary at home and abroad,the core question of this paper is put forward: how to use the material characteristics of ceramic fritted glass to sort out its application strategy in the building external interface?The second part is the second and the third chapter,which analyzes the question deeply.The second chapter describes the definition of ceramic fritted glass,analyzes the application status of ceramic fritted glass in architecture,and summarizes the advantages and development prospects of ceramic fritted glass external interface.The third chapter studies the main material characteristics of ceramic fritted glass,and makes a detailed analysis from five angles: the uniqueness of ceramic fritted glass,the coverage of the glaze,the semi transparent characteristics,the controllable characteristics of the glaze,and the energy-saving characteristics.The third part is the fourth chapter,put forward the solution strategy.According to the characteristics of ceramic fritted glass,the corresponding application strategies are put forward.and a large number of excellent cases in the design of ceramic fritted glass external interface at home and abroad are proved.Five application strategies are discussed in detail: using glaze coverage and distribution to meet the different visual interaction needs of indoor and outdoor space,using semi-transparent features to create indoor space atmosphere,using various glaze colors to enrich the expression of the building,using glaze texture and image form to express the visual image of the building,and using sunshade features to meet the energy saving strategy of the building external interface.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,based on the research of the material characteristics of ceramic fritted glass and the application strategy of the external interface,combined with the project practice of the Wulin Art Museum in which the author participated,the application strategy of ceramic fritted glass is further explained.In short,this paper adopts the research framework of asking questions,analyzing problems,solving problems and practicing description,analyzes systematically the characteristics of ceramic fritted glass and its application strategies in building external interfaces,hoping to provide help for future research and practice.
