| With the continuous improvement of the domestic people’s income level,the pursuit for the quality of living and eating is also higher and higher.In the choice of household refrigerators,people’s demand for large volume,frost free,energy-saving,silent and intelligent refrigerators is gradually increasing,and the open door refrigerators become the new favorite of users.Most of the SBS refrigerator in the market adopt single cooling circuit.The evaporator and fan are located in the freezer compartment.The refrigerator compartment obtains the cooling capacity from freezer through a controllable air flap.The refrigeration system has simple structure and low cost.However,the odor exchange between 2 compartments is terrible and the refrigeration efficiency is low.A small part of the SBS products has 2 cooling circuit,and the refrigerator compartment and freezer compartment are frost free with fin evaporator.Such a system configuration can realize the precise control of room temperature,and avoid the odor exchange.But the structure of 2 circuits is complex and the cost is high.This paper relates to a new generation of SBS products,which will have higher energy efficiency,lower noise,more stable temperature control,better moisturizing effect and more sensitive temperature response.The design idea of the new product includes: keep the refrigeration double cycle refrigeration system,replace the original solenoid valve with two independent stop valves to provide independent refrigerant channels for the two rooms respectively,so as to realize the independent refrigeration of the two rooms and avoid the situation that only one room can be refrigerated at the same time.This paper describes the design and matching process of the system in detail,including the determination of refrigeration cycle,refrigerant selection,heat load calculation,compressor selection,condenser selection,evaporator selection,capillary matching,and optimal filling volume matching.The refrigerant distribution problem of the two chambers is analyzed in depth,and an effective improvement scheme is put forward from two aspects of structure and control.The intelligent control algorithm is researched and designed to realize the functions of real-time matching of cooling capacity,sensitive response to temperature change,small temperature fluctuation,intelligent defrosting,etc.so as to achieve the effects of high efficiency,silence,agility,intelligence,freshness preservation.The refrigerator test verification will be carried out under the test terms of various standards.At the same time,some test items will be compared with the test performance of previous generation products or competitors’ products to make an improvement plan while ensuring that the standard requirements are met.Compared with the current two cooling citcuit system this new generation has much better performance without any additional hardware cost. |
