Recent years,the tendency of domestic refrigerator running is stable.The rise up of refrigerator’s popularizing rate,the increasing market requirement and customer’s upgrading demand of new product decide the further development direction of refrigerator industry must follow the adjustment of product sales structure.Focus on the product side,the sale proportion of the big volume and air-cooled and variable frequency refrigerator is growing up stepwise.Attention to overall market,the update tendency of the market is that from two and three door appliance to multi door and side-by-side appliance.Gazing at the cross door multi door ternary cycle cooling system refrigerator which has large quantity demanded in the current market.Major cooling systems are using Bundy tube-fin and tube-silk condenser with condensate fan subassembly.In order to reduce the refrigerator production cost,secondly,respond to the call of the cooling filed technologies innovation,it’s necessary to design and exploitation the new skin condenser product to cancel the condenser and condensate fan subassembly.At the same time,the new design can obtain appreciable material saving on one-piece.This article follows the ultramodern domestic refrigerator industrial standard,according to the basic model’s pivotal technical requirements and performance parameter to start the analysis work,carrying out the feasibility research for the new scheme.In the structure side,on the account of cancel tube-silk condenser and use skin condenser.It’s necessary to redesign the condenser and design calculation for matching the system and overall arrange the compressor house;in the performance side,by reason of the changed system is a new one almost,the new scheme needs roundly verification and makes some adjustment to fulfill the standard requirement and the market demand.Getting through the below test items to start test result analysis and system evaluation: Storage test,Refrigerating capacity test,Load temperature rise up test,43 degree pull down test,Energy consumption test,External condensation test,Cooling capacity test,High and low voltage start up test,Evaporation capacity test,Cooling performance unload test,Noise and Vibration test and so on.During the interpretation of the test result process,we meet two technological bottlenecks.The one is the evaporation capacity is not enough in the compressor house dew water box for defrost water,the other one is the over temperature protection failure happens on the control and power component,because of the limited airflow in the compressor house after rearrangement of the compressor house.After months of effort,we obtain appropriate solutions.Meanwhile,the noise and vibration topic is the sensitive spot always,the way to cancel the condensate fan subassembly can improve the noise and vibration a little bit,so that,the project will improve customer’s satisfaction.The following content summarize the designing scheme and validation techniques of skin condenser cooling system and the failure solutions of the technical bottlenecks.It provides a brand new and reliable direction for the structural optimization design of similar cooling system in the future.
