The(56 + 90 + 56)m continuous beam is used in the new Daming Road Project in Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province to cross the Shanghai Chengdu expressway.The self balanced horizontal turning method is adopted in the construction scheme,with the turning angle of about 70.96 ° and the turning weight of about 10076.4 tons.There are many difficulties in the construction technology,such as the prediction of swivel posture,the control of swivel balance,the control of swivel speed and the precise adjustment after the swivel is in place.In order to ensure the safe and smooth construction of Changzhou Daming Road Cross Shanghai Chengdu Expressway continuous beam bridge,the project systematically studies the horizontal to intelligent construction technology,and the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)A set of intelligent construction monitoring and early warning system for bridge horizontal rotation is developed.According to the construction method of horizontal rotation,a sensor system for monitoring the rotation angle of the horizontal axis and the balance attitude of the vertical axis of the rotating beam is established.Through the information collection system and the software of the monitoring platform,the real-time digital and graphical display of the current position information and balance margin state of the rotating beam is realized,and then according to the current rotation speed and angle acceleration of the beam Degree and other information,track and predict the followup position and the follow-up balance state of the beam,and through the threshold set in the software for the dynamic balance of the rotating beam early warning.(2)A simulation method of beam traction rotation control is proposed.Combined with the construction control process of turning body of T-type Rigid Frame Bridge crossing Shanghai Chengdu Expressway on Daming Road,Changzhou,taking into account the relevant parameters such as the moment of inertia of T-type Rigid Frame Beam,the friction coefficient of spherical hinge and the geometric position of the traction system,a PID control scheme for the traction rotation of T-type rigid frame beam is established in Adams and MATLAB software,and the state information such as the rotation angular velocity,angular acceleration and so on are studied The control law of the traction torque is established when the beam body rotates from start to steady.(3)A fast weighing technology of horizontal rotating beam is proposed.Based on the principle of unbalanced moment weighing,a fast weighing technology is put forward,which combines the initial judgment of coarse load and fine searching of subdivision load.It provides a basis for the rapid estimation of eccentricity and subsequent counterweight of the rotating beam.The research results of the project provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of horizontal rotation of T-shaped rigid frame beam on site.It is effectively applied to the construction practice of continuous beam rotation across Shanghai Chengdu expressway of Daming Road in Changzhou,which is conducive to promoting the intelligent horizontal rotation construction technology and achieving good technical,economic and social benefits.
