| In recent years,as TBM roadheader is more and more widely used in tunnel construction,the slag discharge mode of belt conveyor used with TBM is favored in tunnel engineering construction.The normal and stable operation of long tunnel belt conveyor is the key to ensure the efficiency of tunnel construction.Due to the limitation of terrain and other factors,there are often turning sections in the actual construction of the tunnel.The belt conveyor installed along the tunnel wall is extremely prone to deviation in the turning section.Deviation will cause adverse conditions such as material spreading,shutdown and serious wear of the belt,which will seriously affect the efficiency of tunnel construction.Starting from the practical problems existing in the long tunnel belt conveyor,this paper analyzes the existing causes and mechanism of the deviation of the belt conveyor in the turning section,and gives the measures to solve the deviation problem,such as increasing groove Angle,oblique installation of roller sets,pressurizing roller in return section and increasing set roller to prevent deviation,so that the conveyor belt is easy to wear and crack,and increase the running resistance.If the idlers in the turning section are raised close to the center of curvature,although the throughput is reduced,it is beneficial to reduce the turning radius,which just meets the requirements of small turning radius and low throughput due to the limitations of terrain and other factors in long tunnels.Aiming at the measure of raising the curve in the idler group in the turning section to prevent the conveyor belt from deviation,this paper compares and analyzes two kinds of idler group structures used in the horizontal turning section of long tunnel belt conveyor.According to the determined parameters,two solid models of long tunnel horizontal turning belt conveyor with different turning section idler group structures are established with Solidworks,and then the model is imported into ADAMS simulation software.the structures of two kinds of idler groups in turning section are dynamically studied.The main research contents include two aspects: first,the stability adjustment ability of the two idler group structures is analyzed and compared according to the law of the displacement of the intermediate roller of the two idler group structures with time under the action of no-load,constant load and variable load.Second,when the Harrison speed start-up curve and constant acceleration start-up,the stability adjustment ability of the two idler group structures are compared and analyzed according to the law that the intermediate roller displacement of the two idler group structures changes with time.In this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis of the idler group structures in the horizontal turning section of the long tunnel belt conveyor is of great significance to improve the stability of the idler group structure in the turning section,effectively improve the deviation phenomenon of the conveyor belt in the turning section,and improve the efficiency of tunnel construction. |
