Research On Key Technologies Of Long Distance Horizontal Turning Belt Conveyor

From the birth of belt conveyor to the present wide application,experienced a tortuous development process.With the emergence of long distance,large bandwidth,large volume,high belt speed belt conveyor,belt conveyor has also had a great development,and belt conveyor is flexible and flexible and use the characteristics of low cost,etc.,is widely used in all walks of life,become one of the bulk material transport equipment.In order to study the main influencing factors of the turning radius of the natural horizontal turning belt conveyor and the different influencing factors of the turning section,the following work is done:(1)The formula of turning radius under each condition is derived through the three conditions affecting the turning radius of the conveyor,and then the main conditions affecting the turning radius are obtained through the quantitative analysis of the turning radius under each condition.Then,according to the main conditions affecting the turning,the influence degree of each factor on the turning radius was analyzed,and an intuitive image was made by MATLAB.(2)Build the conveyor model in Solid Works to provide 3d model for the establishment of virtual prototype.Through Adams,the 3d model is processed and analyzed,and each virtual prototype model is established for simulation,and then the simulation results are made in the virtual prototype.(3)Simulation was carried out in each virtual prototype to simulate the deviation of the conveyor belt in the turning section and the tension change of the conveyor belt under different groove Angle,elevation Angle and installation support Angle.(4)Analyze the main influencing factors of the deviation of the belt conveyor in natural horizontal turning and put forward corresponding solutions to each situation.Analysis to horizontal turning belt conveyor turning radius is the forceequilibrium condition,the main effect of conditions for turning belt running deviation influence factors of roller Angle of elevation Angle and slot size,groove Angle changes have great influence on the conveyor belt tension,and change the elevation Angle conveyor belt tension change is not big.
