With the development of city and the emergence of the high-rise building,the elevator industry has begun to develop at a relatively high speed.In order to avoid serious problems in the safety and stability of elevator operation,the control devices are essential,so elevator group control technology has become the focus of research field.this article researches the group control system of elevator.The system uses the CAN bus to enhance the service quality of the elevator,and improves the operation efficiency of the elevator.Firstly,introduce the background and significance of design,summarize development trends of research on elevator group control system at home and abroad,including the performance and characteristics of the elevator group control system.Secondly,the article designs the system control scheme.On the one hand,the structure of the group control system and the corresponding control mode are described.By comparing the bus mode of the two group control systems,that is,the ring group control mode and the centralized group control mode,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the modeling of the design algorithm,the design of software and hardware.On the other hand,the paper studies the control principle on the elevator group control system to realize the optimization of control system.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the design of elevator group control hardware module,such as clock module,state indication module,MCU module,CAN module,key input module and signal conversion module,etc.And then the hardware design of the elevator group control system was completed based on CAN bus.Based on various factors,the group control system scheduling principle and the traffic flow pattern recognition are discussed,and four kinds of traffic modes are designed.Finally,the software design of the elevator group control system modular programming is introduced,and it can be divided into the following three functional modules: status display module,data communication module,group control scheduling algorithm implementation module,then elaborate on each functional module,and improve the software flow chart design task.The elevator group control scheduling system can be realized through the design of software and hardware. |
