| In recent years,while people’s living standard has been significantly improved,the aging population is also growing rapidly.The elderly are at high risk of cardiovascular disease.In addition,young people are suffering from cardiovascular disease due to life pressure,unhealthy diet,bad living habits such as staying up late.Many heart-related symptoms are transient.If the abnormality is not detected when the symptoms appear,it is difficult to be detected again in the hospital later,which is easy to cause missed diagnosis.However,the traditional electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring equipment used for clinical treatment is usually large and expensive,and the monitoring results need to be interpreted by professionals,which is not suitable for ordinary people’s daily use.Therefore,this paper designs a portable ECG monitoring system that can be used for daily ECG monitoring.The portable ECG monitoring system designed in this paper is composed of signal acquisition module,signal processing module,communication module and Android APP.The first three modules constitute a portable hardware terminal.In this system,AD8232 ECG sensor and MAX30102 photoplethysmographic pulse wave sensor are used to complete the acquisition of ECG and pulse wave signals,STM32F103 is used as signal processing module,and Bluetooth is selected as the communication technology between hardware terminal and mobile APP.Portable hardware terminal is responsible for collecting the original physiological signal and filtering out the noise in the signal,and then transmitting the denoised signal to the mobile APP through Bluetooth.Mobile terminal is responsible for signal feature points detection,arrhythmia classification,and calculation of heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure.The classification of arrhythmia is based on random forest algorithm,which classifies six types of heart beats: normal beat,premature ventricular contraction,atrial premature beat,right bundle branch block beat,left bundle branch block beat and paced beat.The working process of the system is: the user uses the portable hardware terminal to collect his own ECG signals and pulse wave signals,after the collected signals are processed by a series of algorithms,the ECG,heart rate value,blood pressure value,blood oxygen saturation value and diagnosis results of arrhythmia will be displayed in real time on the mobile APP.The corresponding measurement data will be saved in the database of the mobile phone,and abnormal results will also be reminded by short message service to the user’s family members.After systematic testing,the functions of the portable ECG monitoring system designed in this paper have achieved the expected results,and the errors of various physiological data also meet the requirements.The system can help users better understand their heart health in ordinary life,and play a role in daily monitoring,moreover,the saved historical data can also provide diagnostic basis for doctors when the user seeks medical advice later. |
