At present,most domestic hospitals distribute drugs through manual search and distribution,with heavy labor intensity,low processing efficiency and often causing congestion,which can no longer fully meet the requirements of patients.The development status and existing problems of drug storage and delivery system at home and abroad were analyzed.In order to improve the efficiency of drug delivery,reduce the occurrence of long queues and other accidents.Considering the reliability,accuracy,efficiency and applicability of the rapid dispensing system,this thesis proposes an intelligent vertical drug storage and dispensing system,which can effectively solve the current outpatient pharmacy manual labor intensity,low prescription processing efficiency,pharmacy drug management difficulties and other problems,and greatly improve the hospital pharmacy management ability.Specific research contents include:On the basis of reading a large number of literature at home and abroad,analyzes the research in the use of intelligent domestic hospital pharmacy equipment problems,we design a new type horizontal rotating vertical storage medicine drug delivery system,modular division to quickly send medicine system,design meet the fast medicine pills,storage system as a whole function and every module function demand plan,And the overall design of intelligent vertical drug storage and delivery system.Secondly,according to the overall design of the drug storage and delivery system,the three-dimensional model of the drug storage and delivery system was established,and the key components of the rapid drug delivery system,such as drug application,vertical drug storage and drug delivery,were designed in detail,and the key components were analyzed and checked.The mathematical model of drug transport lift was established to analyze its force and transport characteristics.The rotating path of drug storage directly affects the working efficiency of drug distribution system.Aiming at the optimization problem of selecting path of horizontal rotating and vertical drug storage,an intelligent optimization algorithm based on ant colony particle swarm hybrid was proposed to obtain the global optimal solution of selecting path optimization problem of the system.The algorithm is simulated by using MATLAB software,and the real prototype test is carried out,which proves that the algorithm is efficient.Finally,the development and design of intelligent vertical drug storage and delivery system control system and monitoring system.According to the requirements of the drug storage and delivery control system,the hardware design and software design of the corresponding control system,including the selection of communication equipment,PLC and motor,etc.Based on the configuration software,the upper computer monitoring and management system of rapid drug delivery system is developed,and its man-machine interface has good man-machine interaction.
