With the global warming and the melting of sea ice,it is more and more likely that the Arctic waterway will be navigable throughout the year.If you want to take the lead in polar resources and the navigation of the Arctic waterway,the development of polar ship research is the top priority.The environment in the Arctic region is harsh,and there are also a large number of ice floes and icebergs in the polar waterways.The development and utilization of the polar regions cannot avoid the problem of ship ice collision.How to improve the collision resistance and ice resistance structure strength of polar ships requires further exploration and research.Based on previous theories and experiments,this thesis carries out the relevant research on the impact resistance of the bow ice-resistant structure under ice load.The article mainly focuses on the bow structure,and gives suggestions for improving the performance of the ice-resistant structure in view of the damage of the bow.The main work of the full text is as follows:(1)Understand the current research status at home and abroad based on the existing literature.The ANSYS software was used to establish the ship bow and ice material model,and the selection of the material values and elements in the software was discussed;the establishment of the ice material model was emphatically discussed.Through the experiment of simulating the ice impact on the rigid wall,the calculation results were compared with There are experimental data and ISO standard curves to verify the feasibility of the ice material model.(2)Carry out the finite element numerical simulation calculation of ship ice collision,establish the finite element model of the ship bow impacting the ice row through LS-DYNA software,consider the impact position of the ship and the ice row,the impact speed and the physical properties of the ice body,etc.,and compare Study the structural response difference of ship damage,deformation,energy conversion and collision force under different conditions.It can be concluded that different damage forms of ice rafts caused by ships under different loads can be obtained.(3)In the numerical simulation of the collision between the bulbous bow and the iceberg,starting from the ice volume,ice shape,and collision position,the effects of structural damage,deformation,energy conversion,and collision force during ship ice collision are explored.And characteristics.It is concluded that ice volume plays a decisive role in ship damage,while ice shape causes different damage forms.(4)By strengthening the thickness of the outer plate and the thickness of the steel plate of the bow structure frame,respectively,explore the feasibility study of the bow structure of different thicknesses on improving the ship’s ice-resistant structure,and summarize the rules from the design process for polar ships.Suggestions are made for strengthening the crashworthiness and ice-resistant structure.The results show that the crashworthiness of the ship is greatly improved when the outer plate and the structural skeleton are strengthened together.
