With the development of power electronic technology, the application of power electronic equipment has become more and more extensive. As an important means of researching and testing of power electronic system,Semi-physical real-time simulation technology can speed up the development and design of power electronic system, and can more safely and conveniently simulate the working characteristics of the system under a specific situation,to greatly improve the efficiency of scientific. In this dissertation, the commonly used dual active bridge DC/DC converter is modeled as the object, and a hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform based on FPGA is designed and built. The hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform built in this paper can facilitate the teaching and experiment of power electronics technology.Mainly completed the following work:1.This dissertation introduces the principle of the hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation technology and the development status of the real-time simulation platform based on FPGA,and summarizes the modeling methods of the current power electronic system and power electronic switch modeling methods.2.Taking the Dual Active Bridge DC/DC Converter as an example, the modeling principles of Ron/Roff method and L/C method are analyzed in detail. To solve the problem that the operation of inverting the variable coefficient matrix of Ron/Roff method takes up too much resources, the split modeling method is adopted to reduce the amount of calculation; For the problem of switching oscillation in L/C method, parameter optimization method and switch branch initialization method are used to improve the modeling accuracy. Finally, the correctness of the modeling method is verified by off-line simulation, and the characteristics of the two modeling methods are analyzed and compared, and their respective application scenarios are pointed out.3.The process of developing and downloading FPGA modeling program based on System Generator is introduced in detail, and the Dual Active Bridge DC/DC converter is modeled based on System Generator development tool, and the conversion and downloading of System mathematical model to FPGA hardware description language is realized.4.The FPGA-based power electronics hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform is built.Based on this platform, the real-time simulation experiment of dual active bridge DC/DC converter is carried out.By comparing with the offline simulation results, the correctness of the model established in this paper and the feasibility of the real-time simulation platform are verified.
