At present,China is in a period of rapid economic development,people’s demand for innovative products is also growing.To improve the core competitiveness of the country and enterprises,product innovation is particularly important.Resources are the basis of technological innovation,and available resources play an important role in product innovation and upgrading.The higher the degree of product idealization is,the more important the system resources are.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficient and reasonable process and method of mining available resources for product upgrading and innovative design.Resource mining and analysis refers to the deep mining and analysis of resources within the system,obtaining export resources,establishing links between resources,reasonably combining,allocating,optimizing and upgrading available resources,and then assisting in the establishment of innovative design schemes.In view of the insufficient support of available resources for innovative design scheme in the existing product design process,this paper combines resource mining with system function analysis,cause and effect analysis,excavates available resources in the system,obtains derived resources,and then assists in building innovative design scheme to solve the existing problems in the system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper in-depth study and discussion of the relationship between resource analysis and system function analysis,causal analysis and effects,and the specific mapping relationship between effects and available resources.Based on the mapping relation,the mining process of effect and effect chain is established.(2)This paper establishes the process of mining available resources directly based on causal analysis,divides the resource analysis into two paths,and introduces the specific application process of the two paths in detail.First of all,on the basis of the original functional principle,through causal analysis to adjust the definition of the target function,find the effect and then mine the available resources.Secondly,change the original functional principle to find the appropriate principle effect,and then map the available resources.Based on these two paths,the process of mining available resources based on causal analysis is established.(3)The available resources are expanded by function decomposition and effect chain construction.Firstly,complex functions are decomposed into basic sub functions and auxiliary functions through functional decomposition to ensure the sufficient cognition of available resources.Secondly,we build the effect chain to ensure the smooth realization of the function and the effective mapping of the available resources,and export the available resource utilization effect and the effect chain that do not exist in the system to obtain the derived resources.At last,the extension process of auxiliary resources is constructed.(4)Based on the above research results,the process of mining available resources based on TRIZ is constructed.This process is used to mine the available resources for the paper jam of the integrated machine of the sorting and binding,and to construct the innovative design scheme with the help of the available resources,so as to reduce the failure rate of the integrated machine of the sorting and binding,so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the available resources mining method.
