Experimental Study On Evaluation Of Outdoor Landscape Visual Experience In Residential Area

As the carrier of residents’ daily activities and rest,the outdoor space of residential areas has an important impact on their physical and mental health,comfort and aesthetic enjoyment.However,the visual perception evaluation of outdoor landscape of residential buildings is mainly carried out through subjective feelings,and there is a lack of objective and quantitative evaluation methods.With the development of computer technology,virtual reality technology has gradually come into the public’s view in recent years,which has become a new method to give visual analysis and evaluation.In this paper,eye movement analysis technology and virtual experiment are used to obtain objective data of landscape environment perception,so as to explore and analyze the human visual perception characteristics of residential landscape,so as to provide reference for residential landscape design and transformation.First,in view of the old residential outdoor space landscape elements a mature,stable,the characteristics of old residential area in tianjin as the research object,observe the visual behavior patterns,the settlements of residents in choose observation point position,according to survey data collected samples of three groups of residential landscape photos as the virtual experiment sample,eye movement was design and carried out the experiment and questionnaire,eye movement data and subjective evaluation score results are obtained.Second,eyes still statistical analysis of experimental data and subjective evaluation data through visual scanning path graph and hot figure,to explore the subjects of landscape in the residential environment of visual cognition process and visual preference,combining with the landscape visual subjective evaluation score questionnaire,inductive landscape elements ratio and landscape elements fixation time,fixation point number,enter the time rule,for the first time to obtain landscape elements and landscape subjective evaluation correlation analysis between each evaluation index.Thirdly,based on the above experimental and data analysis results,this paper presents the landscape design,on the basis of the original old residential areas,according to the visual perception of the landscape environment evaluation results,put forward the corresponding outdoor landscape environment renovation and improvement strategy for residential areas,to create a good visual perception of the outdoor landscape environment for residents.The landscape environment in the residential area should not only meet the traditional visual standards,but also meet the emotional needs of the residents themselves.The residential area has beautiful and comfortable residential landscape,which can not only enhance the vitality of the residential area,improve the image of the residential area,improve the quality of the environment,but also promote the neighborhood relationship and delight the residents.The research results of this paper will provide reference for the improvement of landscape environment quality in the old residential areas,and create a visual landscape environment more conducive to physical and mental health for the residents.
