The special climatic conditions of the winter city have a significant impact on the construction of the urban landscape environment.The refined design of the visual landscape of the outdoor environment of large commercial buildings in winter cities helps to further improve the quality of urban public spaces and provide residents with quality social leisure places.The consideration of seasonal factors in the existing visual landscape research,especially for the cold winter city,needs to be improved.Therefore,this study takes Harbin,a typical winter city in China,as the target city,and takes the visual landscape of the outdoor environment of large commercial buildings in different locations in Harbin as the research object,from the perspective of objective built environment and subjective evaluation of residents,to large commercial buildings.In-depth study of the objective factors of visual landscape and residents' preferences in the outdoor environment.The study screened the visual landscape images of the subjects and their outdoor environments in winter and summer through field research.At the same time,according to literature analysis and qualitative analysis,15 objective factors of visual landscape in the outdoor environment of large commercial buildings were screened out.According to the questionnaire design,the subjective satisfaction data of residents can be obtained,and 15 objective factors are divided into five categories: building facilities elements,artificial design elements,atmosphere vitality elements,winter elements and natural elements.Segnet and Photoshop can be used to statistically identify the proportion of objective factors in the visual landscape image.The objective factor ratio and the image satisfaction evaluation are analyzed,and the main objective factors affecting the visual landscape satisfaction can be found.The study found that natural greening satisfaction was positively correlated with green viewing rate.Artificial environmental satisfaction is positively correlated with high purity color and negatively correlated with advertising signs,fences and snow.Building recognizability is positively correlated with the building and negatively correlated with the green viewing rate.Visual comfort is positively correlated with the sky,landscapes,and high-purity colors,and negatively correlated with architecture,snow,and advertising.The study also used eye movement experiments to analyze visual landscape preferences and gender differences.According to the three-factor theory of satisfaction,the asymmetry analysis of building facilities elements,artificial design elements,ambience vital elements,winter elements and natural elements can be divided into three categories acc ording to the influence mechanism of various elements on visual landscape satisfaction.Architectural facilities are basic elements,artificial design elements are performance elements,and the remaining three types of elements are emotional elements.Base d on the different characteristics of basic elements,performance elements and emotional elements,this study proposes suggestions for improving the outdoor environment of large commercial buildings with different quality conditions.Taking Haxi Wanda Plaza as an example,it proposes the improvement of outdoor visual landscape.It provides theoretical basis and reference suggestions for creating a suitable visual landscape for winter cities.
