In the Emission Deterioration durability test(V Type test),motorcycles need to carry out a large number of complex tests for a long time,and the driver’s driving experience is required to be high.When tested on a laboratory chassis dynamometer,the motorcycle can be operated automatically.The development of the automatic driving system used in the motorcycle industry in China is less and unstable.During the test,the speed control will suddenly break away from the specified range.For example,when the vehicle speed is at the turning point of the curve,it rises or falls suddenly.Based on this problem,a kind of motorcycle automatic test instrument is designed for the reasons of engineering cost control,which makes it have a high influence and competitiveness in China’s motorcycle industry.The operation law of motorcycle driving is deeply studied,the control principle is analyzed,and the software and hardware are designed according to the operation law.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the operation rules of motorcycle driving and the needs of test,through comparison,the automatic test instrument uses industrial computer as the control core of the system to operate the motorcycle.All kinds of hardware models are selected according to the tasks of the automatic test instrument.Secondly,the control strategy of the automatic test instrument is designed.The main working parts of the automatic test instrument are accelerator manipulator,clutch manipulator and shift leg.These three parts as the control object,respectively establish the control model,and track and analyze the motorcycle speed.Aiming at motorcycle speed,the input variable is the error of motorcycle speed and the change rate of motorcycle speed error,and the output variable is the actual position of control throttle.The control strategy of " fuzzy control" is selected to control the automatic test instrument,which meets the high requirements of driving accuracy during the test.Finally,the software system strategy of the automatic test instrument and the analysis of the test results are compiled.The control software of the system is written in VB language,and the programming method is modularization.According to the functional requirements of the automatic test instrument,the measurement and control software is divided into different functional modules,which are written one by one to realize the man-machine dialogue function.Through the V-type test of motorcycle on chassis dynamometer with automatic tester,the actual test results show that the speed tracking error is ± 1km / h,and the time error is ± 1s.The experimental results show that it is within this range,and does not appear in the curve turning point overshoot or undershoot,which meets the requirements of the standard for curve tracking accuracy.In the practical application,the control system can solve the practical problem of motorcycle running,which not only needs stable control,but also needs fast response.
