| As a new type of composite material,functionally graded concrete improves the mechanical properties of concrete and is widely used in various fields of civil engineering.However,the application in the tower is very few.This paper takes Chizhou Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background.In the research of the functional gradient concrete tower,the mechanical properties have been tested and the influence of functional gradient concrete on the mechanical properties and crack resistance of the tower is analyzed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The deformation and stress state of the gradient concrete tower are analyzed and compared with that of the ordinary concrete tower.The results show that the displacements of gradient concrete tower and ordinary concrete tower are consistent,and the displacement of the gradient concrete tower is smaller.The stress distribution of gradient concrete tower is similar to that of ordinary concrete tower,and the principal tensile and compressive stress of the gradient concrete are smaller.2.Parametric analysis of the thickness of functional layer and transition layer is conducted.The results show that the tower displacement,maximum principal tensile and compressive stress are negatively correlated with the thickness of the functional layer,and the effect of the transition layer thickness is similar to that of the functional layer.3.The temperature field and stress field of gradient concrete tower and ordinary concrete tower under the hydration heat effect are compared and analyzed.The results show that the variation trend of hydration temperature and the distribution of temperature stress are similar between the gradient concrete tower and the ordinary concrete tower.The tensile strength of the outer concrete of the tower is increased by applying gradient concrete structure.The high performance functional layer concrete can better resist the tensile stress generated by the outer concrete of the tower under the action of hydration.4.The crack resistance of gradient concrete tower and ordinary concrete tower is compared and analyzed.The results show that the upper tower tensile damage area appears in the cable anchorage area,the middle tower tensile damage area appears in the outside of the bottom of the tower,the lower tower tensile damage area appears in the inside of the bottom of the tower and gradually spread upward.In addition,the tension damage area of the gradient concrete tower is less than that of the ordinary concrete tower,which indicates that the crack resistance of gradient concrete tower is better than that of ordinary concrete tower. |
