| The dissertation solved a frameless dor sealing system design quality issues of F company through the methods of APQP and EFMEA.Finding the project design problems,study the root causes and solved the issues finally.On the other hand,promoting the design reliability.First of all,reviews the Chinese vehicle market in the last decade and then introduces the beginning of the Chinese frameless door vehicle design.Clarifying the technical requirement background of frameless door and the basic situation of this program.Explaining the high requirement of quality for vehicle components and parts.At last,narrates the necessity and meaning of this research.Secondly,set forth the definition and contents of design quality,then compares the differences between the five tools of technical specification of automobile industrial TS16949,Quality function development and Fault tree analysis,eventually narrates the reason why I use APQP and FMEA.Further more,introduces Advanced Product Quality Planning procedures and the detailed implementation steps of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.Thirdly,introduces the discriminating of design failure of the first design technical scheme by sample part validation based on the requirement of APQP,eventually identifies three critical design failures.Using “Expert field investigation and root cause analysis” to find all the seven failure root causes for each validated design failure and then taking actions temporarily for the project and management measures for other programs.Finally,the last part introduces the design quality management of this project based on the method of DFMEA.Including FMEA team creation,identify the product design intent or function and then find all the design failure mode by exhaustive method.After that,find all the root cause for each design failure mode and apply design control and detective methods for each.After this,rating every design failure mode by three dimension: severity,occurrence and detection.After all of this,we still need to take actions for the items which rate is too high according to the reality and the cost.At last,rate them again to see the action effects is needed.Finally improves the design quality of the program. |
