Application Research Of APQP Method In Ford Motor Panel Development

With the development of the times,the car has become a necessity of people's life,in order to meet the needs of people,all automobile manufacturers are constantly developing new products.In order to improve the quality of automobile new product development,Ford introduced the advanced APQP product quality management theory,it can be based on user needs to develop a more reasonable product quality improvement strategy.The management theory involves from product concept related to the production of all the processes and the content of management includes all of these processes information feedback and improvement measures of the development of procedures,standards and methods,and so on.So as to ensure that the production of new products to the lowest cost,to obtain the best quality of products,Therefore,this thesis takes the APQP project management theory as the research object,and discusses the related management content in the process of the new product development of Fawkes.First of all,the paper discusses the current research status of APQP project management at home and abroad,and then determines the research content of this thesis.Then it introduces the theory of quality management and the several stages of APQP,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the whole paper.Finally to Ford automobile panel parts is developed as an example of problems existing in the quality management in the process of new product development,to investigate the status of quality management in the project development process and APQP development program,schedule and gives the fox automobile panel development process in the project organization and the APQP process optimization,project quality prevention management method and process capability design and maintenance optimization,to achieve the fox project management quality improvement.
