| At present,EPC is the mainstream engineering contracting pattern in the world,and the advantages of EPC have been widely recognized;with the continuous development of the domestic construction industry,EPC is also being promoted gradually.However,in EPC project management,there is a big gap between the level of domestic project management and that of large foreign EPC enterprises;the fundamental reason lies in the problems of information integration,collaboration and sharing,which makes it impossible to effectively connect and coordinate the various stages of the project and brings great difficulties to project management.EPC projects have many participants,many information sources and strong information heterogeneity,but EPC projects have higher requirements for information integration and information management than traditional projects due to the constraints of unified cost,construction period,quality and safety objectives.To address this contradiction,by analyzing the information characteristics of EPC projects,focusing on BIM data as the data center,and using ontology theory and technology,a large number of non-BIM heterogeneous data of various types are unified and integrated in the ontology to form a unified "index",which eliminates the heterogeneity of information.Based on this unified "index",using ontology-based search,reasoning and other technical tools,an EPC project information management system based on BIM and ontology technology can be developed to unify and efficiently manage EPC project information and thus improve the level of EPC project management.In order to achieve the above objectives,this study first analyzes the cost control mode of existing EPC projects,summarizes the cost information involved in EPC projects and its expression in BIM technology,and establishes a multi-stage cost information management mechanism for EPC projects based on BIM technology.Then,based on the cost information,the BIM-based EPC project information model and its ontology is expanded to further accommodate the various information elements of the EPC project.Based on this ontology,this study utilizes mature ontology-related techniques to establish two methods: generating EPC project ontology data based on ontology definition,and querying and reasoning on ontology data.Then,this thesis investigated and analyzed the existing project information management system functions,analyzed their shortcomings,and designed an EPC project information management system function based on BIM and ontology technology by taking advantage of the technical advantages of ontology.Finally,this study implemented the system,including establishing the system architecture and developing some key functions,and finally carried out trial and verification in the actual project. |
