Limited by the field management means, the profit rate of the construction industry is not optimistic due to material waste, repetitive rework and other problems. While the collision inspection, construction simulation and other functions of BIM technology can optimize the site construction plan in advance,it is still unable to make decisions and manage according to the real-time situation due to the complex and changeable site environment and the unpredictability of the construction process. On the other hand, compared with civil engineering, electromechanical engineering has more coordination considerations for majors, higher requirements for construction accuracy, greater spatial complexity and stricter requirements for site plane positioning and spatial layout. However,BIM model invocation requires high requirements, and it is difficult to integrate with the site environment,so the construction guidance is very limited. In this context, this research based on grounded theory analyzes the mechanical and electrical engineering field management information needs, and designes mechanical and electronic information database to store all kinds of site information. The BIM-Cloud-AR system based on organizational collaboration is constructed to improve the communication efficiency and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the production efficiency of the industry. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the grounded theory is adopted to systematically analyze the electromechanical construction information needs.Three dimensions and basic scenarios of information demand are identified, which lays a foundation for the establishment of the construction information database in the following text.(2)The data composition of the electromechanical information model is defined, and the BIM model and the crawler analysis method are used to obtain the basic data and extended data of the water supply and drainage system, electrical system and hvac system.Based on the above analysis conclusion of information needs, the electromechanical information database table and logical relationship are designed, and the construction of the electromechanical construction BIM information database is completed, laying a foundation for the prototype development of the BIM-AR system.(3)The Revit API port is used to lightweight the electromechanical integration BIM model, and the realization process of augmented reality effect, mobile terminal(4)system interface and model rotation, process animation and other functions are explained from the technical level. On the basis of the prototype of BIM-Cloud-AR system, the overall framework of field information integration under the corresponding AR environment and the process of scene fusion and information collection are designed.(5)Based on the organization coordination theory, the BIM-Cloud-AR system with the core of the information collection layer based on AR,the information processing layer based on BIM and the application layer based on Access is constructed. And from three aspects of application specification, organizational structure and application framework, the paper redesigned the electromechanical construction site collaborative management mode based on BIM and AR.(6)Taking the electromechanical engineering of Xuzhou marriott hotel project as an example, the application scenarios of the construction preparation stage, construction stage and completion inspection stage were explained and demonstrated respectively, which verified the feasibility of the electromechanical information management cloud platform based on BIM and AR.This study makes up for the gap in the application of AR technology in engineering construction site, establishes a BIM-Cloud-AR system that can effectively overcome the problem of poor communication and information loss in the information management of construction projects, and provides a new management method for electromechanical construction information.
