| As an important diagnosis system in the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER)device,Radial X-ray Camera(RXC)can measure the soft X-ray intensity distribution of the fusion device during operating to study hydromagnetic instability(MHD)and impurity radiation,which is a key point in fusion research.In order to ensure normal working state of RXC under the vibration environment during operation,it is required that the system reliability under different earthquake response spectrums(FRS)should be considered during the design and test of RXC system.Meanwhile,it is needed to verify the safety of RXC through a vibration test for transportation.The self-consistency of above tests should be also verified through comparing with the vibration calculation simulation and the test results.Currently,open-loop control is used in the existing vibration table basically.After the whole set of the RXC is placed on the vibration table,the actual vibration track will be changed significantly when the vibration condition reaches the key measurement point(the installation positions of detector,pre-amplifier and mid-amplifier,etc.)after the transmission by the RXC hardware structure.Therefore,it is needed to carry out a high-precision three-dimension vibration track measurement for these locations to correct with the simulation parameter.A vibration data acquisition and analysis system(IEPE)is designed by the triaxial integrated electronics piezo-electric in the paper,according to the vibration detection standard ISO2372 and ISO394.The system mainly includes two parts of the upper and lower computers.The lower computer is the triaxial vibration data acquisition circuit,and the 32-bit embedded processor(series of STM32F429)is used in the hardware.The designed circuit is mainly comprised of the units such as signal condition part,data acquisition part,data processing part and signal transmission part,etc.With the application of the wireless transmission module,the data transmission of triaxial acceleration sensor can be realized.The upper computer is the three-dimensional(3D)imaging software completed with the TCP/IP protocol under LabVIEW,which can display the change of acceleration for the measured objects in the 3D space in real time.And then convert into the speed and displacement through the integration,provide the data with FFT conversion and spectrum analysis and display the processed data in the 3D image in real time.Finally,the data and image can be saved and recalled,the remote upgrade function is also realized.The upper computer sends the bin document to the Boot Loader program of the lower computer for the remote upgrade,so it is convenient for the follow-up maintenance.In the paper,the vibration test for RXC system has been done.The data is displayed for time domain image,frequency domain image and 3D track image.After the system completed,the measurement result of acceleration,speed and displacement has been calibrated,and the measurement precision of displacement can achieve0.1mm.The vibration track of the RXC chassis has been measured to simulate the vibration during the transportation.With the processing analysis of the collected data,the movement track of RXC chassis in the 3D space during the simulation transportation is concluded.The developed system can be also applied to the vibration measurement and fault analysis in the fields of industrial engineering and construction. |
