In order to ensure the safety of high-speed rail operation,it is time to take measures to apply online and real-time monitoring on the critical area of the railway lines,however,high-speed railway lines distribute all over the country,and what is the key is that there is a great different climate between north and south in china.It is necessary to prevent high speed railway monitoring system from theweather-stains and strong electromagnetic interference out of doors,but thechance of monitoring equipments being out of order has greatly increased in a severe work environment,such as programs running out of track may result in themonitoring equipmentsa crash;as a result of the monitoring devices are widely dispersed and so forth.How to fastly and efficiantly maintain the broken machines,which is a thorny problem needed to be solved in realistic engineering application.This paper mainly focuses on the effective monitoring demand of high speed railway and starts from building the remote interactive equipment control system,and at last making a detailed analysis of the advantage and disadvantage between correlative remote Measurement and Control Technology,so I design a reliable remote measurement and control terminal that with the embedded ARM systeminfrastructure,then putting into use of the advanced central processing unit AM3354 as the core to design an effective Remote Control Unit,which could be achieved in monitoring high-speed railway,and it can also control the operationalstatusof the monitoring equipments in real time,in addition,I write the upper monitorapplication software to make easily the remotemonitoring job,with 4G wireless communication module SIM7100 C integrated in the remote monitoring terminal,which could uploads the collected run datas to the Web server or cloud platform.Atlast,it is convenient for railway equipment managers access to the Web or Lab VIEW monitoring page,and easily get the information of equipment operationalcondition by the smart mobile phone App and PC client.When it happensto the high-speed railway monitoring equipment that programs running outof track or stops working,we can through remotely control the electric relay to compulsively restart monitoring devices,and the remote terminals also support alarm,while they areabnormal.It is convenient for managers to simplely do some basic equipments maintenance and repairs at any time,logging into the Web serverby mobile phone or PC client.In conclusion,taking advantage of the remote control unit could minimize theoperating costs of high-speed rail security system,even avoiding accidents caused byhuman error,not only does it improve the efficiency of dealing with the unexpected problems,but also provides a powerful technical support for the safe operationof high speed rail.
