Study On Quality Evaluation Of Construction Drawing Design For A New Passenger Transport Highspeed Railway Line

China National Railway Group Co.,Ltd.issued the outline of railway advance planning for a powerful railway in the new era in August 2020,which mainly determined the main development objectives and tasks of China’s railway traffic network by 2035 and the middle of the 21 st century,and elaborated the fine blueprint for the development of China’s railway in the new era;China railway construction will inevitably usher in a new round of construction peak,Especially in the construction of high-speed railway,it will reach a new round of construction climax.Design is the source of railway construction project,design quality is one of the most important links in the life cycle management of railway engineering,and it is the basic and decisive work of the project.At present,China has some measures to strengthen the improvement of design quality in railway construction projects,but there are still some problems,and there is also a lack of systematic evaluation system of railway design quality.First,this study,combined with the current situation of relevant literature and experts and scholars available for reference at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of construction drawing design of a new railway passenger dedicated line,has established the design quality evaluation system of this research through expert investigation,literature reading,frequency analysis and the author’s working experience.The evaluation system consists of one target layer,six standard levels and 17 levels The index layer is composed of three levels.Secondly,this paper uses AHP to calculate the weight of each evaluation layer and its vector set;through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it establishes the elements and mathematical evaluation model of the design quality evaluation model,and formulates the classification of the evaluation results;this paper describes the content and requirements of the evaluation index in detail,and establishes a complete construction drawing of a new passenger dedicated line The mathematical model of the quality evaluation of the project is established.Finally,this paper uses the evaluation system established in this study to evaluate the construction drawing design quality of a new passenger dedicated line,analyzes the key control items in the design quality management,and puts forward some reference suggestions for this project and similar projects.This paper has played a positive role in establishing the railway design quality evaluation system,promoting the improvement of railway design quality and project management of design units,and laying a certain theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent evaluation of the design quality of railway infrastructure engineering.
