Study On The Protection And Renewal Strategy Of The Industrial Heritage Of The Jingxing Coal Mine Under The Background Of "Renovation And Restoration"

China’s mining project originated in the period of foreign affairs movement,mining industry heritage not only witnessed the development of technology,but also witnessed the past more than a century of people’s glorious history of hard work,now accompanied by resource depletion and economic restructuring and other issues,mining industry heritage has become the mining city in the development of the crisis and opportunity of the double carrier.On the one hand,as the carrying object of urban economic decline,industrial heritage has many adverse effects on urban environment and social economy,on the other hand,because of its own historical value,economic value,renewal value and conditions become the key factor to participate in the smooth transformation of the city.Jingxing Mining Area are typical cities with resources,and also resources.After being listed by the State Council as the third resource.exhausted city in the country in 2011,its industrial heritage has also become a double.edged sword for urban development."Renovation and Restoration" is China’s advanced urban construction guiding ideology,aimed at improving and updating the city’s current situation,repairing and transforming the old built.up environment,rather than developing new urban space,which is of guiding significance for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage.This paper introduces the core content of "urban repair and ecological repair" as the concept of the cure,and explores the industrial heritage protection strategy under the guidance of "Renovation and Restoration" from the aspects of ecological restoration,space remodeling and function renewal.Based on the combination of the current situation of the old industrial zone in the Jingxing Mining Area and the problems faced at present,this paper studies the protection and renewal strategy of the industrial heritage of the Jingxing Mining Area by using the method of industrial heritage classification protection and the concept of "Renovation and Restoration" as the guidance.First of all,through the field visit to the central urban area of Jingxing Mining Area,from the perspective of historical development,the development process and value of the industrial heritage of Jingxing Mining Area in.depth study,summarize its industrial heritage characteristics,for the well.mining area industrial heritage classification protection and renewal strategy to provide basic information.Put forward the basic principles,basic principles and objectives suitable for the protection and renewal of the industrial heritage of the Jingxing Mining Area under the perspective of Renovation and Restoration,put forward suggestions for different levels from the aspects of urban repair and ecological restoration,and provide theoretical support for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage in the Jingxing Mining Area and other similar areas.In order to play the effect of point.and.face through the renewal of industrial heritage,it can provide the direction for resource.exhausted cities to enhance the living environment and promote urban transformation.
