Study On The Renovation Of Industrial Heritage In Shougang Cultural And Creative Industries Area

With the completion of the transformation of Shougang's West ten silo and the entry of the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Committee,the transformation and reuse of the industrial remains in the old industrial plants have been raised in china.The industrial plant "down" positive role to protect the environment to save social resources,realize the recycling of resources.It is reported that at the end of 2019,Shougang industrial plant north will be converted to complete,after the transformation of the main plant of Shougang pilot project will become the national transformation of old industrial areas,positioning integrated service area for the new high-end industry,combined with the Olympic Plaza,Shougang Industrial Park site,public service facilities and other functions is to re activate the Shougang Group activity.This paper mainly discusses the function,structure and methods of space transformation and reuse of blast furnace,silo and cooling tower in the creative culture industry zone of Shougang,and puts forward some reasonable proposals for improvement.According to the plan,the main function of the north area of the Shougang industrial factory area is the creative culture industry.The first chapter of the text analyses the necessity and feasibility of Shougang Industrial Heritage renovation,introduces the research object of the blast furnace,cooling tower and circular silo,and summarizes the previous study on industrial heritage as well as the transformation of Shougang Industrial plant.In the second chapter,according to the master plan,this paper analyzes the many restrictions on the transformation of Shougang plant area,and discusses the functional settings that adapt to Shougang creative industry park.In the third chapter,the author through the investigation of Shougang Group and the three specific industrial workshop,a detailed description of the current situation of the three industrial buildings,including the location,size,structure,material and time,and draw the model with some drawings.Thus,the spatial characteristics of three kinds of circular industrial buildings are summed up.In the fourth chapter,the spatial ambiguity of Shougang blast furnace is derived from the definition and application of polysemous space,that is,the possibility of transforming into a variety of functional spaces.The adaptability of different function space to blast furnace,silo and cooling tower is analyzed.Combining with many practical cases and the characteristics of these three kinds of industrial buildings,the suggestions for functional transformation are given.In the fifth chapter,through the summary of the predecessors and the existing cases,combined with the actual practice of these three industrial buildings,this paper discusses the feasible proposals for the structural transformation of these three industrial heritages.In the sixth chapter,combined with actual cases and previous research results,the possibility of space transformation of these three types of blast furnaces is discussed,and the methods and suggestions for the space transformation of these three kinds of industrial buildings are proposed.In the last chapter,on the basis of summing up the conclusions of the full text,the inadequacies of the research and the future research directions are pointed out.
