With the rapid popularity of new energy vehicles,people have higher and higher requirements on electric vehicle charging facilities.In order to meet the charging needs of different users,the field of charging equipment is developing rapidly,and the supporting environment of the industry is constantly optimized.The mode of "fast charging is the main one,slow charging is the auxiliary one" has become mature.At present,the construction of charging stations has many disadvantages,such as occupying more land resources,long charging time,low utilization rate of charging piles and waste of electric power resources.Therefore,energy saving,environmental protection and efficient charging and changing stations emerge at the historic moment.This paper proposes a charging and changing system scheme based on the Internet of Things,which is "electric changing device +4G module + cloud platform + battery pack" and "plug-in device +4G module + cloud platform + electric vehicle".The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Proposed a new energy vehicle power supply ecosystem of "power changing as the main,plug in as the secondary,efficient charging".The system is divided into two parts: power changing and charging.For vehicles with strict requirements on the charging time,the power changing system of charging equipment and mechanical automation device is operated through human-computer interaction to execute the "three-minute" quick power changing process.For the vehicles with abundant charging time,the gun charging operation can be carried out by swiping a card or small program control.(2)The overall hardware framework of the charging and changing system is given,and the hardware framework of the three parts of the charging and changing system,DC charging system and AC charging system and the hardware circuit design of the main control board are introduced in detail.On the basis of "electric vehicle judging reliable connection of vehicle controller through detection point" in DC charging system,the interface detection circuit of "battery pack is reliably connected to battery pack controller by detecting the battery pack through cylinder in place" in power changing system is designed.(3)The overall process of charging and changing system software and the design method of each part of the functional module software are introduced.Aiming at the problems of overloaded power grid,excess power during the valley period and the loss of power-up card of stand-alone version,the optimization scheme of power supply and identity authentication software is put forward.(4)In order to realize the administrator to control the power changing process and obtain the detailed information of the battery pack within the scope of the LAN,the power changing system adds local server communication software in the power changing control area and BMS private CAN communication circuit in the battery charging area.The test results show that the system has perfect functions,each functional module unit is fault-free and runs smoothly,effectively solves the problem of charging time,charging efficiency is significantly improved,user experience is smooth,and the application prospect is good.
