The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has led to a labor shortage and high-quality construction workers in my country’s construction industry.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,modular construction have the advantages of being green,energy-saving,safe and environmentally friendly,and solving overcapacity.The construction method of factory production and assembly construction has become a major trend in the development of China’s construction industry.Mechanization is one of the characteristics of modular construction.Hoisting machinery is the most important equipment for modular construction.Scientific crane selection and layout optimization is of great significance to improve the production efficiency,construction safety and save production cost of modular construction.Based on decision theory and BIM Technology,this paper studies crane selection,tower crane layout and two aspects:(1)Through literature research method,this paper summarizes the production safety accidents of domestic construction projects in recent years,finds out the relationship between crane accidents and workers’ casualties,and studies the use of main construction machinery and equipment in the process of assembly building hoisting.(2)Selection and optimization of crane for prefabricated construction.This paper summarizes the types of cranes,studies the technical parameters of cranes,analyzes the influencing factors of type selection by literature research and questionnaire survey,establishes the optimization model of crane selection,and uses RAGA to solve the problem to obtain the optimal crane type.(3)Layout optimization of crane for modular construction.Based on the selection and optimization of tower crane,the optimization model of tower crane layout is established and solved by RAGA.(4)Collision inspection of tower crane for assembly building hoisting.BIM Technology is used to model the construction site,tower crane and construction object.Through the collision inspection,the rationality of crane type selection and layout can be verified.(5)The scientificity and effectiveness of crane selection and layout optimization are verified by an example.
