Research On Contract Management Mode Based On Modularization

At present,the domestic coal,electricity and other basic energy industry are mainly state-owned enterprises,the larger the state basic,constructed a relatively complete industrial chain and supply chain is established from the whole industry chain of production,transportation,market and the whole logistics chain,including production transportation,supply,transportation,fu can side of logistics operation and railways,ports,shipping and other modes of transportation,the distribution and transfer between There are professional differences between these logistics modes and logistics links,which brings some challenges to the selection of cross-subject,cross-regional and cross-link collaborative management modes.Therefore,this paper focuses on three questions: whether enterprises can fully support the management of large logistics and industrial chain with internal resources,whether they can form a socialized cross-organizational management mode,and how to form a management mode between inside and outside the organization.First paper to T local railway enterprises entrusted operations,for example,from two aspects of internal and external environment of T company’s enterprise management present situation was analyzed,and introduces the T company commissioned by the current operation management present situation,and for each major delegate pattern,modular segmentation approach,and the contract relationship and cooperation with enterprises in detail is introduced.On this basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current entrusted operation management mode of T Company from the five enterprise management elements of cost,benefit,market,resource and risk,so as to judge that most enterprises cannot fully support the management of large logistics and industrial chain with internal resources.The modularity-based contract management mode plays a decisive role in promoting the development of T Company.Meanwhile,the mode itself has a broad space for development and has theoretical significance for further study and promotion.Second,by way of case analysis,explores the modular contract mode is only applicable for T company or whether is only applicable to local railway industry,and the universality of the modular contract mode and actual replication are analyzed,respectively from the Angle of industry and the difference of the management system,combining with the enterprise background,operation mode and development direction of three key elements,The modularized contract management modes of T Company,Shuohuang Railway Company and open pit coal industry are compared,analyzed and summarized.It is concluded that the modularized contract management model can realize the socialized cross-organization management,and has the practical value and practical significance to be promoted in most enterprises.Finally,this paper analyzed using structural analysis based on the modular nature of contract management mode,and through the perspective of dynamic evolution evolution from single modular enterprise contract management mode based on modular platform of contract management way and the key points,formed between organization internal and external management model,and from two dimensions of management theory and entity platform,The platform management mode based on modular contract is established,which fundamentally breaks through professional barriers and traditional organizational boundaries between industries and realizes value co-creation.The research content of this paper puts forward the topic of "how to form the management mode between the internal and external organizations",enriches the related research on the management mode based on modular contract,and provides a new Angle for the research on the establishment of the platform management mode based on modular contract.There are 14 figures,12 tables and 45 references in this paper.
